The bed was very comfortable. Two gentlemen in the restaurant were wonderful. They treated us like royalty and catered to our every need. Humberto and Michelle were excellent waiters. The pool and spa were very clean and the beach directly in front of the hotel was clean, quiet and beautiful. We were upgraded to an ocean view room as a member of Radisson Rewards. That was a pleasant surprise.

The room was a bit cramped and difficult to move around. For a one night stay we managed. The foot of the bed was barely a foot from the desk and dresser on the other side of the room. The desk was so close a person could not walk past when someone was sitting at it in a chair.

The pool was clean as well as the spa. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially, Abimael Diaz, Hector Perez, and Paloma Shannedly. The were always helpful, friendly, and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable and the restaurant staff was right on top of things.

We could have used a refrigerator. My husband is diabetic and his insulin should be cooled. For one night is was fine but if we stayed any longer we would have needed a way to keep it cool.

The front desk staff were consistently friendly and EXTREMELY helpful with all my questions regarding the area, buses, taxis, tours, etc and tech problems (my phone & lap top). I can not say enough about all of them! I would like to name names, but I do not want to miss someone! All the employees of the Park Inn were friendly, smiling, helpful and patient!

The room was a good size and they were able to offer room service- which was much appreciated

The gate to enter parking was not as efficient as I would have liked. I had to get out of my car- walk in to the hotel and get the front desk attention in order to have the gate opened. Maybe there was a problem with it while I was there - I know that Mazatlan had some issues with the Sinaloa chaos due to an arrest and the ensuing unrest in the streets. I don’t know.

The convenience of location was nice. Close to the highway, easy in and out. No driving through the city. Transportation was abundant. Uber, Didi. Buses all easily available. Nice they have a restaurant. Pool and spa exceptionally clean. Friendly staff. Very comfortable. Right on the beach.

Nothing really. We only stayed one night so it was perfect.

if you had a truck you can’t park in the garage. The clearance was under 12’. So the only option was to park across the street if you are lucky to get a spot. It would be nice to have someone on staff to help you get out of the parking spot. There is a lot of traffic so I had to stand out and guide my husband out of the spot and then jump back in the traffic before traffic started up again

The room was very nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and satisfactory. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Especially Humberto and Michelle from the restaurant. Two exceptionally great staff members. Also, the lady at the front desk was very welcoming. They all made this a more pleasant experience.

It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator to keep our water cold.

The hotel sits on a narrow stretch of property and the rooms are nicely oriented to give you a view of the ocean. The further you go, the better the view. The rooms marked 01 are the best as they are straight facing the beach and the incredible sunsets you enjoy in that area. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasantly laid back.

I like the location. It is north of the busy area and perfect if you like the quiet peaceful waves of the ocean. The pool is a great and has a bar. My room was ocean view and helped me sleep every night

The area does not offer many options for dining within a walkable distance. However, a quick didi ride will get you to the galleria within 3 minutes plus there are 2 restaurants across from hotel.

Very nice place. Room great above expectations and great services too. Even you can walk around and get bus, service to downtown, malecón, Sabalo area, walking restaurants around.

Elevator area had sewer odor, that is the only opportunity area that we saw.
