I liked everything. The hotel is almost brand new, is big enough and it was always clean. The service was just perfect and another thing that I liked was the location, everything I needed was close to the hotel.

I would say that one thing that I did not like was probably the variety in the breakfast and the small amount of time given in order to go and take the food, probably 1 hour longer would be perfect.

Facilities were very good. Staff was also very helpful and kind to all requests. Rooms were comfortable and clean, also quiet during nights.

Pool water temperature was a bit cold. Also, it would be useful to have a transport offered by the hotel for a short commute, such as, crossing the avenue to the mall.

The gym was good, breakfast was good. it was clean.

The room had no windows and it felt stuffy. I think we had to leave the air on so it could circulate. did not like the fact it had no windows. the beds seemed small.

I traveled to Hermosillo, Sonora, to take a course, the class was at a Marriot Hotel, but I chose Hilton for its price and reviews regarding cleanliness, and even though I had to drive 10 minutes to my destination, I am happy that I was not wrong, since the same day I had the opportunity to compare them.

The only thing I didn't like was the waiting line to check in.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable because was very soft, a firmer one would be better. Tha chair was not comfortable for work. The light of the bathroom mirror.

My stay at the Hampton in was excellent all around. The hotel was very clean. With all the COVID guidelines they did awesome with providing sanitizer in all areas like entrance and elevators. The staff was very friendly and provided things I needed since I had a surgery and I needed a pair of scissors, a wheelchair, and anything you might need they have to loan to their customers. The cleaning staffs was amazing again I had specific requests because of my surgery that I needed things cleaned a certain way and the did it exceptionally. I loved every experience of my stay. Also, I enjoyed the buffet style breakfast every morning. The food at the restaurant to order from the downstairs was very tasty I had the fajitas and the 3 cheese chicken plate with mashed potatoes. The food was spectacular.

I did not have any areas I did not like about the property. The hotel was well maintained and clean.

Room service was amazing, the breakfast buffet was exceptional! The staff was so welcoming + helpful. Anyone who is traveling to another country really just wants to feel welcomed and that is exactly what Hampton Inn Hermosillo did. Will definitely be coming back.

Towel were a tad rough; other than that I can't complain.
