It was wonderful to have a balcony with a view of the grounds including pools, lounging areas, outdoor bar with grass roof and music plus partial view of the bay. Room service was quick and easy except I wasn't able to charge to my room and had to go take my credit card down to the bar. Pesos would have been better. Bed was comfortable. Room had a microwave and small refrigerator. Daily cleaning/refreshing service. Walkable location provided access to restaurants, shops and marina.

Would have appreciated a comfortable reading chair or sofa.

We never ate breakfast there we went across the street. We did eat and drink at the bar which was ok, not great or special. When we were at the pool someone came by to get us a drink which was very nice. The staff was excellent. Very very nice people. I was really happy that they gave us new water bottles everyday without charging extra.

I only speak and know English so I was very dissappointed that I couldn't change the tv to English speaking or even English subtitles. The price would have been fine if they were right off the ocean, but other facilities that were off the ocean were less expensive. They were all booked up which is why I chose Sawari.

I loved it...the room was great the AC never let us down. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very nice. Location was good, we can walk around and right across the street there's restaurant & a OXOX. The Night time in the pool area is a great place to relax and order dinner, beer or just a snack. If I'm ever in San Carlos I'll choose Best Western Plus again.

Nothing much I dislike from this stay. Maybe a better transportation plan. But there's always Uber & the bus. No big deal.

I thought the customer service from Benny , Laurie and Norma Was excellent!

Tuesday the 15th there was construction work going on which made it unbearable to sleep in my room. When pointing this out to management I requested to leave early with one day credit. They informed me this was not duable and apologized for the inconvenience.

Breakfast not so good, staff did not handle plates with care. He was not using the mask right, he was just covering his mouth and not his nose.

Room service took too long to give us dinner to our room. We found out later the front desk staff did not report it to the cafeteria as expected and until we called later. A lady tried to open our door saying that room was assigned to them as well. A very scary moment since her key did work on it. I called reception who gave us a new key. Very disappointing ⁿ

Nice location. Comfortable beds.

Breakfast was hit or miss. Cold coffee. Would be nice to have tea or better coffee in lobby available Asking High price without upping services.

Location is nice. They have a guard for the parking lot. Easy access to great tacos across the street.

Price was a bit high for off season. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room.

Staff

I usually book hotels with jacuzzi’s, the hotter the better. The jacuzzi was cold. The saff was nice enough to turn it on but it takes hours to heat 😞.

The beds were very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.

Our room ac wasn't working properly and it spelled water all over the floor.

The location is great with a lot of different options for restaurants and an easy walk to the marina too! The property is great too! The pool area and bar are fully equip to cover all your needs. The staff was very helpful with everything.

The bed was a little too hard for me, but my husband like a stiff bed :)
