The room and location were great. Clean, spacious, perhaps a bit noisy but nothing to say really.

The restaurant's staff was constantly up-selling. It would be more pleasant if a breakfast included would just be offered without awkward conversations about additional options. Also, if some small changes that are genuinely cheaper are asked, cost a serious extra. The restaurant could definitely be improved.

They were very accommodating with our two dogs, we just had to pay a little extra.

Great location by the bus depot and central. Nice big clean rooms.

The only problem is we have 2 Standard poodles and the pet fee is 600 pesos per dog per night. Way too expensive.

There was a weird noise in the room that they couldn’t solve, they just left 1 towel and 1 toilet paper at the room and there are no phones to call reception. The food is not good.

Booked superior rooms. Got standard rooms allocated. Only after questioning we got what we've paid for ....... Extremely slow breakfast service. Rooms not worth the classification superior.

The location was just as advertised, in the city centre.

When we arrived at 2 am, the receptionist claimed not to see our reservation, and told us no one expected us. He ignored the confirmation we kept showing on our phone. 10 minutes later, lo and behold, he says he found it but that it was unpaid. We kept showing that we paid in full but he just shrugged it off. There was a child with us, and in the middle of the night we just had to make another credit card payment - for about 75% more than the guaranteed price, and he kept trying to say one of us booked a smaller room than promised. (Booking.com were great about it, and helped us later to cancel that payment and get a refund) The next morning, they tried to charge us for the breakfast that was included (US$26 per person!!) The staff was not very friendly, frankly. It might have to do with the fact that we did not speak Spanish - but we were using a real time translator, and tried to establish rapport. The key cards would stop working 2-3 times a day - each time you need to go all the way downstairs to have it recharged. The breakfast was okayish for North America, which means rather poor by Mexican standards in a country where great food is ample. The hotel is old, and things are coming apart.

The property has a great location.

I requested a one king size bed room and got it but the AC didn’t work called to get someone to look at it. Got switched to a room with a working AC but got stuck with 2 twin beds. The hotel didn’t do anything for me for the inconvenience. Also the showers are odd. It’s a little room with a wooden door instead of a regular glass door.
