Nice hotel with creative layout, cooling swimming pool, pier where we were picked up for a flamingo tour. Good food and close to other restaurants. Rooftop restaurant/bar with view of the ocean, local live music one hour daily. Personnel friendly, willing to speak Spanish desire our limitations. Nice town.

Internet comes and goes every 5 minutes, was not accessible in the second bedroom of the door nor on the balcony. Hotel puts stupid bands on your wrist for your entire stay with little apparent benefit. Neither of these annoyances is bad enough to not recommend the place though, we enjoyed it here.

Good sized suite with wonderful balcony looking out over the estuary - great for birdwatching and sunsets. Nice pool. Included breakfast was a nice and tasty surprise.

The tedious repetitive house music blaring out at the pool - the latin jazz was much better! Garden lawn by the pool was rather lacking in cover. The staff were re-varnishing the wood features in the garden but probably needed to apply a second coat... good to see the hotel being looked after though.

We liked the location and the setting of the hotel, near the water. At night we had a nice diner on the roof with a personal service and live music. Breakfast was good. We booked a boat trip and they could pick us up at the berth which was very easy.

Not much to see in the village, so it is good to stay for one night. There were some arguings between the staff which was not so professional.

new Hotel great location nice pool, beautiful spot for sunsets. The staff was very helpful in giving us a room on the first floor. my wife is handicapped and the hotel does not have elevators. Our original room was on the 3rd door and would have been difficult. Very nice reception made the changes for us.

They served a fish in the restaurant that they said was bocinette but it wasn’t. it was ok but not the fish they advertised.

food was good, view especially from the roof was exceptional. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Ice cream store across the street, play area for children on the other side. good restaurants near.

No real issues. an elevator might be a good idea for disabled people. If you can't do stairs this would not work for you.

Great location - right on the lagoon. There is a lovely deck with seats, over the water. A nice roof bar gives great views across the lagoon. Apparently, sometimes someone comes with a telescope at night. I would imagine the stargazing without light pollution must be awesome. The hotel was quick to fix a minor problem with the air con, which is commendable.

There was a noticeable smell of mothballs in the room. Some confusion with the service - breakfast was slow in arriving and two lots of drinks arrived at lunch when only one was ordered. Watch out for the 2 for 1 offer: it only applies to margaritas but that's not made clear.

The hotel was gorgeous, located right on the waterfront with a gorgeous roof terrace to watch the sunset. The staff were super friendly and really helpful and we enjoyed a gorgeous sunrise boat trip during our stay.

The only downside was we were located on the fourth floor and there aren’t any lifts so we had to carry our suitcases up four flights of stairs.

The beds are very comfortable, the location ist great, the staff was very helpful and nice. The sunset was great. The terrace behind the swimming pool ist very romantic.

The food wasnt so good. It seems like in Mexico the food is always warm/cold. It is a very small city and we went in Eastern unfortunately, the restaurants and the bars in the city were empty. The massages are extrem expensive but very good. The swimming pool wasnt clean.

The location is great! Right at the water, with a cosy place (lazy chairs, a covered table and chairs) to watch the sunset. A nice pool with even a wet-bar and a staff that looked really well after you.

We were on the third floor, and to our surprise there is no lift/elevator.

- Room & location

- First time during our travel I was actually disappointed with our service from multiple people working there. Except of selling you tours they showed no hospitality. Except a few people working at the bar and cleaning. Mostly reception was badly trained and only focused on there sales.
