This hotel is exceptionally well thought and designed compared to anything else available in thyarea. it is way above Balkan standards. Staff is very very thoughtful, professional and customer attentive The rooms have smart controls for lighting, heating and curtains We were welcomed in the perfect way with complimentary cookies, prosecco and advices about the area. The breakfast is AMAZING with a high variety of options, eggs to order and very tasty traditional cheeses, pies and local fruits. Across the street from the hotel there is a lovely restaurant with staff just as well prepared, on a small beach with incredible sunset views of Kotor Bay. They serve Italian food, ingredients are good. The grilled shrimp was perfect. This is a top accommodation that you can find in Kotor Bay.

It’s not a big problem because Casa Del Mare have a private beach, but note that the swimming pool is rather on the smaller sides if you don’t like swimming in the Additionally I would’ve much loved it if this wonderful place was not main road facing

Wonderful stay! Every single member of staff went above and beyond. My girlfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary, the staff arranged balloons, chocolates, biscuits and champagne in our room whilst we enjoyed the seafront. The hotel itself was beautiful with a good range of facilities, pools, gym and spa with pool, steam room and sauna. There was a rooftop restaurant where you can book meals with a Michelin chef. The restaurant breakfast was delicious with a wide selection including vegan options. The beach is stunning if a little stoney underfoot, you can reserve beds and the restaurant is delicious with a dedicated team who provide excellent service. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and the one next to the hotel had live music from well-known local musicians both nights. The highlight of our trip was the boat tour the hotel kindly organised and the skipper was very knowledgeable of the local area. Cannot recommend staying here highly enough and we will certainly be coming back!

I savored every bite of the delicious eggs prepared in various forms, each one bursting with flavor. Moving on to the hotel rooms, I was thoroughly impressed by the exquisite accommodations provided. The rooms were tastefully decorated, combining modern elegance with comfort. This hotel is AMAZING! The hospitality the staff provide is beyond anyone's expectations. We went there for my husband's birthday and the hotel had arranged balloons, champagne and candles in our room to surprise my husband when we came back for dinner - it was such a lovely gesture! The room was turned over so promptly in the mornings - just in between us going down for breakfast. The breakfast is the best breakfast we've had in Montenegro - and we've stayed in other five stars there too and it just doesn't compare. Not only do they have a great buffet selection of freshly prepared salads, fruit, bakery items etc - the lovely chef prepares specific items you can order as well (and not just eggs; but a whole host of other things)- do order Tamara's Ricotta pancakes - they are absolutely delicious! The view from our room was absolutely incredible. I'd recommend oysters Montenegro nearby; it is a small place but owned by mussel/oyster farmers serving their own seafood - have never tasted better oysters.

Nothing - our experience there was amazing!

The thing that makes this place is the staff. So super friendly and kind. Originally I’d planned to stay in central Perast and I think that would have been the better choice for me but here’s all the good things. The rooms and open spaces were super clean, beautifully decorated and really comfortable. The food was good. The bathroom was really nice and the bed was firm, which for me is a good thing!

I feel May may have been too early in the season as the rooftop and main restaurant were not open in the evening. This would have made it better for me. The views are stunning but it does overlook a busy road. I think if you’re expected that you’ll plan it into your mental image! I didn’t realise that was the case until I got there.

We were very satisfied with the hotel's services. The hotel is really nice, has an excellent location (there is a ferry within walking distance, which makes it much easier and faster to organize trips to different cities in Montenegro, as well as a grocery store and a bakery) and is well equipped (saunas, indoor pool, etc.). The rooms were beautiful and perfectly cleaned every day. The breakfast was also excellent, where there was a wide selection of food. Those who like coffee like me will surely appreciate that the coffee for breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very polite, friendly and always helpful.

The views, the location, the hotel is decorated with taste, food is delicious and staff really caring.

Independant to the hotel but having to get on the ferry to access the place makes any trip around quite difficult as the traffic is so bad and only 2 lanes are open.. you need a lot of patience

The Service and Breakfast was extraordinarily good. The staff met the right balance between friendliness and modesty, they highly appreciated the tip. We had direct sea/bay view and the interior was stylish and still comfortable. The beach club right in front of the hotel was comfortable and due to the location there was a slight breeze that allowed a nice atmosphere even in the middle of summer time. The indoor Spa area was super nice as well, even though there was no need for it during summer time. We liked the diverse guests in that hotel coming from totally different countries and cultures.

The outdoor pool is very small. It looks nice but is situated in front of the restaurant. It does not harm the quality of the hotel at all due to the beautiful bay and the indoor spa.

I have no words for this hotel, it is splendid!!! The rooms are luxurious and spacious. The bathroom had Rituals beauty products. We had a room with a view on the bay, with a nice balcony. It is a joy to stay here, because all the details breath relaxation. The staff is the most friendly. I had a special request regarding a 'bride-to-be' with who I was travelling. They did everything they could to make this memorable, with a decorated room, drinks, balloons, it was all so special. Big thanks to Barabara, an amazing sweet girl from the reception desk. If you have the chance to book a massage there, do it! The hands of the woman do magic. The breakfast in the restaurant accross the road is blissfull, with a beautifull view on the bay.

The people at reception are absolutely brilliant. They genuinely looked after us and made sure we got the best attention. Waiters brilliant at breakfast and mostly everyone at the beach bar. Attention to detail 5* and beautiful premises. We would love to come back.

The lady that was in charge of the towels at the beach bar wasn’t really interested in making easy for us to use a paddle surf. Luckily for us we managed to be able to enjoy the experience with the kids without her help. There was a bit of a pretentious behaviour going on unlike the rest of the staff that was wonderful.
