Avala Resort & Villas

The best hotel in Montenegro near the old town. We lived in the amazing 2 levels penthouse room with a wide terrace, with a stunning view of the old city and the bay. Checked in early, upgrading room, as soon as we arrived. Everything was great in the hotel: location, nearby restaurants and shops, it has its own access to the beach, provide sunbeds and towels. Carefully cleaned the room every day, snow white bathrobes and linen, served breakfast, delicious cafe on the beach, pool, spa and sauna, everything was comfortable. Thank you very much Milka on the reception for hospitality and attentiveness. She greeted us warmly, so there were pleasant impressions and memories. And to all the staff of the hotel for the excellent comfort!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, the service is commendable, the staff is very helpful and pleasant without exception, the cleaning of the rooms is perfect, the breakfast is very comprehensive and tasty, the contents of the hotel are exceptional, the outdoor pool is so beautiful that it leaves you breathless. There is simply no mistake with this hotel, the best recommendations. Let me not forget, we got a room upgrade, a beautiful suite with a sea view, many thanks to the hotel staff. Parking is also available, which was very important to us since we came with a car.

Highly recommended! Everything was perfect and well organized. Avala has its own parking spots and a beach right after the hotel which is super comfortable. The stuff was always there when we needed them, pools, towels, breakfast, everything was on a high level. Definitely the place we gonna stay next time if we come back to Budva.

We enjoyed every moment spent at Avala. The rooms are clean spacious and the view from the balcony is extraordinary. We are frequent guests at Avala and would recommend to everybody to enjoy their stay at this hotel.We believe that it is the best hotel in budva: great location, luxurious and very friendly and helpfull staff.We will return for sure everytime we have the chance!!

Staff upgraded my room without any additional costs. Also, I was traveling alone to let myself relax and spend time without kids. Everything was perfect. I took a dinner in the hotel’s restaurant (the dinner wasn’t prepared). It was very delicious and cheaper than in restaurants outside the hotel. The best one is the dessert “Avala”, for sure.

They didn’t have so much alternatives for the vegans at their restaurant.

We've got a compliment of a category upgrade which gave us a 60m2 luxe room for the price of a normal one. But even without that, the facilities and all the accomodation services are great: the saunas and the pool, the breakfast quality, location - all is great. The sound isolation is also very good, but we didn't check it during the high season.

Would appreciate if there would be a free bottle of water in the room. There was no water upon our arrival and we had to take one in the mini bar. It's not critical, but usually in the hotels of such quality provide one or even two bottles of water per day for free.

Staff were very helpful. Room was enormous with wonderful view of the ocean, and beach, and Budva Old Town. Access to the Old Town was very convenient. Pool was great, food was very good both room service and at the restaurant. Parking was at the front door - great.

Very large hotel, with sometimes confusing lifts and stairs. Breakfast was OK, but very large breakfast room, with many guests, so the atmosphere was not very attractive. Hotel car park was next to commercial car park, and we entered the wrong one. This is not clearly signed. Also reception not clearly indicated. fusing

I loved the location and the facilities of the venue. The rooms are always cleaned when your at breakfast and the staff are very helpful. Got locked out of my room and the staff gave me a key, very understanding and kind. They all spoke english very well. Definitely worth visiting budva. The hotel is close to old budva, with many restaurants, bars and clubs close by.

Based on our booking in superior room with sea view we had massive room with good bed, AC took a while to get going but did work, bathroom great, TV good. Private beach great and beautifully clear water. Brilliant pool and spa complex, very affordable room service and bar and nice staff, good car parking system and location next to old town is nicest part of budva in our opinion. Whilst it's an ugly building was a great spot for sun, sand, good and beach for us!
