-The room was big and very clean, decorated very chic, luxury and technologically. -The view was spectacular, it was so special to wake up to that sea view and wave sounds, I didn’t even once close the balcony door to hear that beautiful sound and smell. - The bed and pillows were ultra comfy and we enjoyed jacuzzi and liked high quality bathrobes and room stuffs very much. -The staff were professional and kind (except casino), they provided whatever we ask for, in seconds. - Pool and the beach was refreshing. -This hotel definitely gonna worth your money and meet your expectations. - I got my proposal here and even though my fiancee stated that in the reservation note they did nothing complimentary, not even a small thing. -Breakfast was weak for this kind of hotel. (No milk and cereal bar, not enough variety of cheese, olives and hots etc) -Casino staff was rude and careless, casino’s itself was not very enough too. But the live music was enjoyable though. - The biggest problem was the autopark. Even though they promised to provide free parking service, the parking attendant stopped us to pay autopark bill at every time we go out (maybe 3 times in a day), it was tiring to explain each time that we were hotel guests. The hotels itself should inform their own parking attendants about cars that are hotel customers.

Very nice big rooms, spacious spa area, beautiful view on the bay. There was a complementary water in the room everyday which is a good benefit. Majority of the staff members were very nice and helpful.

Beach was not cleaned by the staff, it was very dirty (plastic, food), which was very sad to see. There was no tea in the spa (only water). There was a very loud music in the corridors every evening and night, but the staff switched it off when I asked (just not sure why would you keep it on the whole night). Lots of smoking areas, even on an only partially opened terrace.

We had a great time and enjoyed this hotel very much! The hotel is a luxurious five-star, but it stands out, because they thought of every tiny detail to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The bed is perfect for a good night sleep. We had a great time in the spa area, suitable for every age group. The breakfast is delicious and rich. We also visited sveti Stefan, which is a 20-minute walk away from the hotel, through a beatiful forest. Amazing staff, very helpful and acommodating, bravo! We will definitely come back here. The room is small compared to the price. The bathroom is especially very small. They placed the sink in the room outside the bathroom. While we wash our hands and faces, the floor gets wet. There was a smell of bathroom drain in the room the first day. Then it diminished but the smell was always there. The balcony with sea view is nice. It was very nice to sleep with the sound of the sea. The breakfast service staff is grumpy. You cannot buy tea or coffee yourself, you have to ask for it from the waiters. They also serve with a sullen face. In general, the beach, the sea and the food taste good, but it should be much better for the price. Its casino is the largest casino in the country, but it is smaller than the hotels in Cyprus. It can get a little stuffy at crowded times. Overall my score is 7.

Thank you for upgrading our room for sea view, the view from the room is worth it! Only positive impression and we will definitely come back. The SPA area with 2 saunas is modern, stylish and with an amazing view.

This is the best hotel in the neighbourhood. The staff are friendly and helpful. The service is exceptional. The hotel is very clean and well equipped. The beach and pools are perfect and my room had incredible views. I will happily stay here again.

The gym was a little bit small and limited. (but with the great sea outside, and good nearby walking trails it really isnt an issue) - who wants to be in a gym on holiday anyway.

the Beach is wonderful, the staff were friendly, location is fine, and the room are ok about the size.

We paid for a sea view, but our view was completely obstructed by a tree. Although the management attempted to resolve the issue the following day by offering us a pool view, we felt it wasn’t worth the hassle of changing rooms after settling in for a day, especially with kids to consider.

Nice, quiet and comfortable room. The first room which was given to me had a strange smell in the bathroom. On request, the front-desk changed my room without any problems/delay. Hotel-own beach and pool are quite nice and hardly crowded (well, I stayed off-season in September). Very good breakfast selection. Restaurant offers decent menu with (as I think) still okay prices.

High Quality service. The sea and pools were perfect. Hotel restaurant also was good enough.

To enable to reach to swimming pool and to the beach you need to climb and go down from many stairs. It should be very difficult to reach to this area of the hotel for elderly and disables people. For us even was tiring. Hotel should think to access direct elevator to the pool and beach area.

Staff and how polite and helpful they were. How clean and new everything was. The place itself. Interior - love it.

The beach itself was fabolous ,but how dirty / garbage everywhere😕Just sad how it all ends in the beautiful sea. Breakfast - where was fresh stuff? Green salad and so on.
