Excellent Location. Very clean and New Hotel at Beach Front. Reception staff Ms Hassana was very helpfull and Room cleaning Service Ms Kauser was very professional in her job. Kitchen staff in Dining room was very Polite and Serving in thiser best manners. Will recomend to my friends to saty there.

Description Of Rooms size are wrongly mentioned in Booking.com website. Need to be correct. King size room was so tiny that 2 people cant be adjusted there.It was like a room for kids.

Broushra at the reception was wonderful! She helped us find an amazing restaurant even though most were closed due to Ramadan. She was always super friendly and helpful. The ladies with house cleaning were very sweet and made it clear to let them know if we needed anything.

The beds were too firm, and I couldn't get the thermostat below 68°F. But everything else was really nice.

Exceptionally clean and beautiful hotel. Many thanks to Kaoutar, who took care of the cleanliness of our room. Her work was admirable and her cleanliness impeccable. Also, a big thanks to the beautiful and kind receptionist, Bouchara, whose sense of humor and bright nature made our day beautiful. The hotel is located right by the sea. The rooms offer a wonderful view. Shops and the medina are within walking distance.

The staff. The customer service from check in, to the late night request of a toothbrush to the wonderful staff at breakfast and the pool guys! Best msamen i’ve had and I’m Moroccan so this speaks volume! The spa was fully booked but they offered to give me a call should they have a cancellation and indeed I got lucky. I had a massage and I can honestly highly recommend this. A wonderful 3 nights and had it not been for other engagements, I would have extended.

The property was well positioned in the city entry. The staff was very kind and friendly. Our room maid Kaoutar was super nice and made sure our room was clean every morning. She responded to our requests and made sure our stay was comfortable. I would definitely go back to the hotel.

I wish there were a hair dryer and a clothes dryer in the bathroom. Also I wish there was a coffee machine in the room + phone to call the lobby or the restaurant from our room.

I had a wonderful stay, and the staff were professional, especially Ms. HAFIDA and the receptionist. The security guard was also friendly. The room was lovely, clean, and overlooking the pool. Thank you for the hospitality, drinks, and complimentary fruit plate. I have only one request: it would be great to have a TV in the bedroom for added comfort, and a hairdryer in the shower.

The cleanliness and potential of the hotel was good. They gave extra towels etc and the staff were all so friendly. Great view of the sea and literally can walk out and go to the sea. So close.

I got a twin bed room and I was a solo traveller (maybe my own fault for booking a twin in error) but regardless the bed was a little stiffer than I would have liked. But still was great room otherwise overall.
