Excellent Location. Very clean and New Hotel at Beach Front. Reception staff Ms Hassana was very helpfull and Room cleaning Service Ms Kauser was very professional in her job. Kitchen staff in Dining room was very Polite and Serving in thiser best manners. Will recomend to my friends to saty there.

Description Of Rooms size are wrongly mentioned in Booking.com website. Need to be correct. King size room was so tiny that 2 people cant be adjusted there.It was like a room for kids.

Broushra at the reception was wonderful! She helped us find an amazing restaurant even though most were closed due to Ramadan. She was always super friendly and helpful. The ladies with house cleaning were very sweet and made it clear to let them know if we needed anything.

The beds were too firm, and I couldn't get the thermostat below 68°F. But everything else was really nice.

An amazing experience at this hotel! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The service was exceptional, the rooms were clean and extremely comfortable. The hotel overlooks the sea, adding a charming atmosphere to the stay. They provided me with a room overlooking the pool, which had a positive impact on my experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed at every moment. Conveniently located, close to the beach, tourist attractions, and restaurants. Exceptionally clean and beautiful hotel. Many thanks to Kaoutar, who took care of the cleanliness of our room. Her work was admirable and her cleanliness impeccable. Also, a big thanks to the beautiful and kind receptionist, Bouchara, whose sense of humor and bright nature made our day beautiful. The hotel is located right by the sea. The rooms offer a wonderful view. Shops and the medina are within walking distance.

The property was well positioned in the city entry. The staff was very kind and friendly. Our room maid Kaoutar was super nice and made sure our room was clean every morning. She responded to our requests and made sure our stay was comfortable. I would definitely go back to the hotel.

I wish there were a hair dryer and a clothes dryer in the bathroom. Also I wish there was a coffee machine in the room + phone to call the lobby or the restaurant from our room.

I had a wonderful stay, and the staff were professional, especially Ms. HAFIDA and the receptionist. The security guard was also friendly. The room was lovely, clean, and overlooking the pool. Thank you for the hospitality, drinks, and complimentary fruit plate. I have only one request: it would be great to have a TV in the bedroom for added comfort, and a hairdryer in the shower.

the standard room is really small. the bath room is very small. No Uk adaptors at the reception. even the Euro socket was not the standard. it has pin as ground. No one showed interest to support. But the room service staff in charge was great and friendly.

Only the electrical issue support and the room was so tied. i was supposed to go for premium or delux.

The only con was the limited number of places in the parking lot. I had to leave my car on the Boulevard, but it was under monitoring of the security agents

Very friendly staff. The cleaning ladies and especially Kaoutar did an amazing job. It is nice to have a new build hotel available on the beach.

Some small things are missing in the bathroom, like something to put your toiletteries on.
