The staff is gorgeous. Very kind and helpful, from the room girls to the waiters. I have never seen such great staff.

The animation was horrible. This was more a standard of a 2 stars party hotel. Wifi was not working properly. There was no proper shampoo and hair conditioner available.

Location, staff, cleanliness

No internet in rooms, guests must go to main lobby to connect. This was inconvenient. Even though there were lots of offerings, the quality of food was poor.

Great location. Clean, spacious and modern rooms with nice views. Pool and Animation Staff is fantastic, fun activities and great shows in the evening, especially loved the Aqua gym each day. Many choices for food if you book more than 4 nights you have the option to dine in the 3 A la carte restaurants. Staff at the restaurants are very polite and attentive. Overall loved our stay.

Wi-Fi does not work in the room at all and barely works in public areas. Furthermore we were overcharged by 100€ due to an issue between booking.com and the hotel, but the Hotel did not take responsibility for this and made us pay the extra amount - not cool.

1. Rooms were renovated and clean. 2. The quality of food was excellent. A combination of very tasty authentic Moroccan cuisine and other Mediterranean food. Salads were fresh and cold. Great chefs! Significantly better compared to previous years. 3. Employees are very nice. I had to check out 1 day earlier and next morning the refund was waiting for me when checking out. Great service. With a much bigger number of visitors in the summer vacation, I sincerely hope that management will keep this momentum and continue this quality during high season. This asset deserves this.

friendly staff, good hotel, loved the pool and the private beach! Food was mostly amazing. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed our time there.

the bathroom doesn't really match the rest of the room, it would need renovation,but it was clean and all the appliances were working. We had an issue with our keys to open the door. we went to the reception, got new keys, it still didn't work and then they made us wait an hour until a technician came with us to finally fix the door. the food was mostly great, especially the breakfast, but sometimes at dinner, not all of the different options met our expectations.

I liked the summer vibes, food was great and the pool vibe, the comfortable bedrooms with a pool view. The music, Dj was the best, and sport bar was amazing.

The gym was small and not well equipped The theater was short And the main thing is that we have to check out before 12, i wish it was 14 or 15.

Location, stuff and the food was decent.

No wifi, many broken things, clogged sink in the room, hot water didn’t work in one of the rooms, AC doesn’t work properly in one of the rooms. Door cards keys don’t work well we had to replace them 5 times. They say the check in is at 3 pm and the rooms weren’t ready. When we got the keys at 4 pm we went to the rooms and there was no bed sheets house keeping took another hour to work more on the rooms while we were there.

The hotel should have been cleaner than the way we found it...! The bathrooms outside were horrible 😢...!! You could find sh*** everywhere even on the walls..! 😢 The food was very basic..! Nothing exceptional..! The animation team and activities weren't as expected, saying that because I tried Iberrostar before..!; they were more professional..! Hope to take those notes into consideration and try to give the guests a better experience..!
