very friendly staff members with good English, helpful with information and all sort of help a new person in town will need, rooms have everything and included breakfast was good as well

the bathrooms are a little small and you feel squeezed inside. the rooms are also more expensive than similar ones in Maputo

Staff at the front desk was very slow with the check in formalities. They took about half an hour to give the room key. The room is small and so is the bed. There’s a balcony with a horrible view outside. When I checked in at the hotel it was hot in Beira. One expected the room to have been pre-cooled, but it was not so. The temperature controls on the AC were functioning properly, I just couldn’t bring down the room temperature below 22 degrees, and when I set the temperature to 22 degrees, sometimes it jumped back to 26 degrees on its own. The bathroom was tool small. The shower are even more cramped up for space. The wash basin is like a miniature model. The electrical sockets aren’t international. So I couldn’t charge my phone without buying an adapter. Moreover, there’s no electrical socket provided for charging a phone. One has to unplug the bedside lamp or one of the other gadgets (TV or fridge) and the sockets for these are not conveniently located. Breakfast menu stays constant all throughout the week. So, if one is staying at the hotel for a few days, the breakfast gets monotonous and boring. In general, the restaurant at the hotel provides very little options even for an a la carte meal.

I would like to have more dessert options, but I understand that the reduced clients flow thanks to COVID might affect the investment in this area. The shower cabin can be improved. There is also room to better the coffee! ...........................................................................................

The staff was very helpful and the hotel had good conditions.

The bathroom was very small and due to the wind, the windows made a repetitive noise.

Staff friendly, rooms and facility nice and clean and restaurant food was very good.

Room I stayed in was very small and bathroom one of the smallest ever encountered in my travels.
