Lovely b&b. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean room. Host was very welcoming. Great breakfast, I particularly loved the freshly squeezed orange juice. Tea and coffee available to make yourself in breakfast room, and a fridge with soft drinks, beer and wine at very reasonable prices. Lovely quiet area, surrounded by fields and horses, and a lovely garden to sit in also. A little background noise from the highway, not too far away, but it is not intrusive. The nearby town of Boxmeer itself, was a leisurely 15 minute walk to the centre. There are lots of places to eat and drink and it is a really lovely town, very well maintained and felt very safe, even at night walking back to the b&b.

My only issue was that it wasn't clear ( on this booking site ) when I booked that it had a shared bathroom and separate toilet for all three rooms. They were again, very clean and functional, and in the end the bathroom situation worked OK and all guests were respectful of the facilities. It would not be put off though from staying again in the future.

My second stay here , and picked it specifically for the quiet location! Quality of the whole place ,you get a sit down open dining /lounge area! Bedroom was clean , cosy and as good as last time! The host is fantastic, friendly, welcome and does a great job of making you help to feel relaxed! Bathroom and toilet all very clean and tidy ! Good breakfast and a fantastic open area at the back to enjoy the nature. Highly recommended and will stay again Photos are all accurate of this b&b

Nothing to not like

Great location, away from people. All hustle&bustle . Very friendly owner , helpful, relaxed and attentive.. All was very clean & tidy , just 3 rooms in the part I stayed . Downstairs has a small kitchenette, tables, chairs , sofa area ! Lovely bedroom , spacious, comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The photos are accurate, will definitely stay again for longer next time ! Car parking right outside accommodation

Absolutely nothing

The quiet location was exactly what I was after, still, the town centre was only a 10 minute walk. The room was much bigger than I expected, with a nice bathroom, living area and comfortable beds. Breakfast was very generous and varied, and came on top of the coffee and tea available in the room.

Honestly, I can't really fault the place, a larger (wider) bed would have been nice, but it was still very comfortable.

This was a beautiful and comfortable stay in the wagon. I was greeted warmly (even had a piece of cake non arrival) and it felt very comfortable and spacious. I could store my bike in the garage, and it was only 15 mins walk from the main square. Breakfast was amazing and the hospitality was perfect.

Wooden house, big bed, rich breakfast, fresh orange juice given by the host lady. Calmness, green nature, lovely horses around. I came by bike and I slept very well in the cute wooden house. I could put my bike to a closed building for the night. I recommend it to everyone!

Very cosy wagon with everything you need, even shower, TV and table for breakfast. The breakfast was brought to our doorstep and was really excellent! The owner was so nice she even gave us some homemade apple pie as we arrived. A really unforgettable experience.

The host Carina was very sweet and flexible. I was late to check-in but Carani attended me well and the chekin was smooth. The location is amazing with some scenic horse farms around. Last but not the least the breakfast was nice and well arranged. Thank you

Fantastic host and everything is so clean nice and welcoming. Here you get a perfect night's sleep and a fantastic breakfast. There is no noise and you sleep fantastic here.

I like everything!!! From, horses farm to hotel!! The hostess was very kind and helpful!! The bed was very comfortable, room very clean and with everything you need!! I liked....
