Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy Nice breakfast

On Booking.com it doesn’t say that if you book an economy room, you will be in another building. That was a disappointment as it was not as nice as the hotel itself. No photos show this other building so beware when you book. Having said that, the room was OK and the staff was all very friendly.

Lovely stuff! We got a quite dark room with a small window so we asked for a replacement. The stuff was happily to help us, and gave a different room (room on the 3rd floor without an elevator, but still a nice one). Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast, plenty of parking places. Definitely worth the price!

Very nice hotel. Exactly what we needed. Clean big room, nice staff, good breakfast, available parking.

As the room was on the ground level with a big window facing the street you felt the lack of privacy therefore had to stay with the closed curtains all the time.

The hotel has very good public areas - i.e. the breakfast room and a sunny terrace with bar service. Staff member Isabel was fantastic - so helpful and helped us book a restaurant. We were travelling by bicycle and made use of the hotel's secure bike store, which was great. The hotel stairs are very steep and the steps very shallow. Anyone with mobility problems should definitely use the lift!

Nice and quiet room, great modern bathroom. Good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bike shed that gets locked at night. Good breakfast and free coffee and tea all day.

Quite noisy, from the movement of people in de hotel and taking the stairs at the back of the hotel.

Excellent location: on the edge of the historic center. Our room had view on the city walls and water around it. Parking was easy, in front of the hotel. The rooms were recently renovated, with good beds, amazing bathroom and very quiet at night. All was very clean. Breakfast was outstanding, so much choice and very tasty. All personnel was super friendly, from reception to breakfast buffet to cleaning team. Positive vibe all around the place.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and had nice options, not only the basic options. But location was very good.

The walls were a bit thin. The soap/shampoo had very masculine smell.

Breakfast was lovely. The coffee was AMAZING!! Best hotel coffee I've ever had. The staff were very friendly and they even let me have some take away coffee for the road :-) Lovely views from bedrooms.
