The breakfast each day surpassed our expectations! The buffet breakfast offered so many food choices it was quite incredible! From smoked fish to eggs, granola, meat, bread, fruit among other foods. The room was very large and comfortable with a well set out bathroom. The hotel is right on the marina so a great place to view the water and all the boating activities daily. The hotel is an easy walk to the dyke and walking to the town of Lemmer itself and to the UNESCO Woudegemaal pumping station nearby. Many cute cages and restaurants in Lemmer nearby along with beautiful canals. A fun stay which surpassed our expectations.

It was a fun stay

Good spacious, clean room with small balcony overlooking the marina. Large en suite with whirlpool bath. Excellent facilities for storing and recharging e-bikes. Good breakfast in pleasing surroundings.

First impressions of location. Lack of air conditioning, but thankfully it was quite a cool night. Bar and restaurant closed (but we ended up having an excellent meal in a restaurant on the other side of the marina).

Nice large room. A lot to offer(large indoor swimming pool, table tennis, 10-pin bowling, a lovely bar area). The view from our room over the marina was great. the breakfast room has the same wonderful view. the staff were friendly. parking was easy. Excellent breakfast buffet.

the second bed room was a bit more like a cave with poor ventilation.

The jacuzzi was lovely as well as the spa and wellness facilities. The rooms were clean and fresh. Friendly staff at breakfast.

The room was next to the road so a bit noisy from sound of vehicles towards the morning. Sound proof windows and doors would help.

We liked the whirpool tub in the room and the showerhead was also good quality to give warm and cold water. The view from balcony was also very good, it was worth it. The hospitality of the people at breakfast and dinner at restaurant was absolutely lovely and very friendly. The quality of breakfast was also very good, overall, we were very satisfied.

The room wasnt cleaned properly everyday, it was a bare minimum and I could still see some dirts on carpet, and outside windows werent cleaned even recently. The whirpool tubs in swimming area had a lot of sands on bottom.

Pool, sauna facilities. Good breakfast.

Parking problems. One food truck was unloading products and blocked our car for 35 minutes. When we asked the driver to move the truck, he refused to do so

The hotel staff were lovely: very helpful, friendly and attentive to our needs. It is a pleasure to meet people so close and kind. The food and the breakfast are delicious and very varied. The spectacular leisure offer: swimming pool, private and shared jacuzzi in the pool, bowling alley, billiards ... we will repeat without a doubt!

maybe the situation: the street was a bit dark and the hotel next door seemed abandoned. But once you enter this hotel, you feel like home.

Kind and professional staff. Good food, both breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very nice pool that's free to use, and other facilities have a good prices. Renting a small boat is excellent value for money, especially considering the location. Whirlpool was excellent and comfortably fits 2 people.

Beds were connected, but separate mattresses. Pillows were a bit lumpy. No AC, but there are sliding door you can open.

The view from our room was nice but noisy due to it overlooking the road. We liked the layout of the rooms and having a balcony to sit and enjoy the view.

It could get noisy even with windows shut. you can hear people talking, kids shouting and playing across the balcony..Not a big problem as we have kids, so quite used to the noise.

the location is perfect, we got very nice room. love it

the bed is a bit too soft for us, facility is bit aged but works alright.
