Room was spacious and clean. There was a mixup with the room type but it was sorted out very quickly in reception. We slept very well! Restaurant had an interesting position in the menu - chef's plates - which is a surprise meal. You can advise them about allergies etc. and if you'd like meat, fish, or vegetarian meal and you get a surprise :) I liked that idea!

Bathroom in our room was a bit dark - would be nice to have some extra light. We ate at the restaurant, and while the food was perfectly ok, it wasn't mind blowing and the price wasn't cheap.

Fantastic, cery helpfull stuff. We have arrived on the night, we were affraid od how we will find the key and mamy other yhings but personel stuff had opened the Doors that we could find the way to the room. They sens us all exact instructions on mail and were cery kind, professional, helpfull. I will recommend Your place to my friends or family.

We booked a 3-person room which was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Our toddler slept welll in her travel bed - the room leaves plenty of space for that. Delicious dinner and wonderful service at the on-site brasserie, included breakfast was great.

The mattress on the double bed was a bit too firm for my taste. Breakfast on the weekend starts at 8am. Families with small children that tend to be up early should be aware of that.

Family room was great. Plenty of room for all of us, and super comfy. Breakfast was AMAZING!

The stairs leading up to the upper bed had a gate at the top, but no railing on the way down, which was a fall risk for our small kids. They did okay with it, but we had to watch them carefully.

Housekeeping. Did not come to service the room when requested. The next day when they finally came, did not replenish the empty shower gel, toilet rolls or tea and coffee items.

Extremely kind,nice and professional staff... Facilities and maintenance could use a little improvement. Obviously, these are consequences of COVID19 pandemic. The location is good, prices are okay.

I would have liked shampoo or shower gel to be available and possibly not plastic cups in the bathroom but rather something reusable.

Fantastic apartment with lot's of space and including kitchen and sitting room!The staff upgraded my room because of lot's of motorbikes in the hotel which wasn't a problem at all. Thanks for this upgrade! I was surprised!
