Loved the location, so close to the station, close to where i was visiting for and the room itself if exactly like photos and so comfortable. Aside from hearing some doors close, it wasnt noisy at all. I had some issues with my key card and getting in but they solve the issues so quickly when you call them, they are so nice and friendly! I do plan on eventually coming back and will definitely stay here once again!

Main issue for me was that my room had some bugs near the window, guessing that my room hasnt been booked for a bit and it needed some dusting. There was also only one little bin which filled up quite quickly. It was a little hot with the thick duvet and pillows as I visited in August but the AC solved that.

Great location: 15 m easy walking from the central station. I really liked an idea of self-service hotel. The process of check-in was clear and easy in contradiction of what some reviewers here say. Room was nice and clean. Also what catches attention is that they used high-quality materials everywhere when renovating the building.

Pitched roof on the 3rd floor reduces space and you have to be constantly aware not to hit it with your head. Housekeeping personal doesn’t speak English which was surprising to face in the Netherlands. A bit overpriced for a self-service hotel, in my opinion

This is a apartment hotel kind of set-up. I had problems with the self check in but someone was there to assist me very quickly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and well set up. The bathroom was huge, modern and top rate. Having a small kitchen was great for making our own breakfasts and catching a bite. We even cooked a meal one evening. The location is great and even though the room faced the street, it was more than quiet enough in the night.

The little kitchen was poorly equipped. There weren‘t two of everything. We had some cutlery and bowls with us, so we were able to make do. The creamers supplied for the coffee tabs and teas had expired. We met two kind cleaners on our first morning who provided us with a make do tea-cloth (for drying our dishes), a few more towels and instructions on how to open the windows (you need to use the architecture/fashion magazines to keep them open). They told us they would be back the next day to clean but didn‘t come back. Maybe a three night visit didn‘t warrant a clean but we could have asked them for some creamers and asked them to removed the garbage.

A bit farther than the center center but closer to a park and more chill area, it was quiet yet in 10 minutes walk you have everything you need. The bed was amazingly comfortable, 10/10! The single room was spacious and had a big bathroom, the bathtub looked like you could have a great bath there.

There was one thing that I lacked and that was a trash can. Apart from the tiny one in the bathroom for toiletry things there was no trash can in the room nor in the kitchenette in the hallway and I found that quite frustrating.

Very efficient self-service hotel with good instructions and everything functioning properly. I would say it's the best managed self-service hotel I have stayed at. Notifications and email communication were running smoothly. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic as well. Very nice cosmetics, too.

A bit overpriced for a self-service hotel.

The room was very good and with an excellent bathroom too.

No human to be seen in the three nights/days i was there, not even a receptionist - ever! I missed the welcoming and friendly feeling of a human receptionist! It felt so impersonal compared to other places i have stayed in the course of my travels.

The location was perfect for a little trip and catch up with friends! 👌🏽

I got confused with the self check-in (but that’s probably just me!!) - called the advertised number and the rest was history! Super smooth check in (with a little help! 😉)

Location, scale, cleanliness.

That their in house restaurant is so popular that I didn’t manage to enjoy dinner there, which says something about how good it must be!

Everything is reachable by foot, when you think it's far on the map it's actually only a 15min walk. We had the small comfort room and the bathroom was as large as the room (with a bath!) that was a big plus.

Super location, in the middle of the city exactly at the Bosch Art Center. Good restaurant nearby. Rooms with nice interior.

Impersonal welcome is a bit strange for me, but at least easy to understand the steps to do.
