The staff was very kind and very professional! The hotel was very classy and looked absolutely amazing as if you were in a great manor house of the past.

You could hear people walking outside making a lot of lots of noise laughing and yelling in the middle of the night. Also the lighting was very dim and we couldn't see very much in our room. The spiral stare case was scary and even though the hotel staff carried our luggage upstairs. An elevator or dumb waiter would have been much more practical. There were no electric outlets in the bathroom to dry or curl your hair.

I have no bad words to say about the hotel and its owner. I was travelling from abroad and was having delays which made me arrive way past check-in time and midnight. The owner was so kind to wait until I arrived. Amazing service! The hotel is centred on the market and has a nice place to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Especially nice on a hot day in July. It's located close to two nice Italian ice cream shops and a snackbar. My wishes were fulfilled.

You drown a bit in the pillows in the bed.

It was a very small room but perfect for staying one night to go out with friends and not having to drive home at night. The shower facility was great though and very enjoyable! The staff in the restaurant was very friendly helpful.

Booking didn't offer me any late checkout option! Since I knew I'd be in bed very late, I had to book for 2 nights to be able to sleep as checkout at 10:00AM is way too early.

The property is perfectly located in the center of the historic town so perfect for walking anywhere in the city center. Very comfy beds and pillows. Quiet for a great night sleep.

The hotel is historic so there are some tile work that could be refreshed and the halls can smell a little musty. Not too bad but worth a mention.

Right in the heart of this cute village is the Stad Munster. Located in the town square it is a quaint little hotel / restaurant with great facilities, friendly staff and comfy rooms. I had the single room which catered to my needs and provided an excellent setting for me to explore the town, meet some other travellers and enjoy the scenery. The bartender in the restaurant was knowledgeable on the local beers and offered great advice on other places to visit.

Location was great. Central Winterswijk market place. Staff were welcoming and friendly from the outset. Service great. Room great. Meals very good. Free entertainment, the publican Joost also played his guitar and Sang a couple of evenings.

Location is great. Central to shopping and dining and movie theater. Rooms (deluxe) are spacious and comfortable. Restaurant had a wide menu and breakfast was served, not a buffet, large varied selection. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. This was our fourth stay!

Although I booked a single room after my request I got upgraded to a double Comfortable and clean Restaurant good food and decently priced Friendly staff

Looks like TV was fallen down from the wall with a previous guest so couldn’t be used 2 light switches where broken

Breakfast was excellent, good variety and plenty.

I am not sure if they could have done better, happy with the room and the service.

Pleasant small hotel in an excellent location. Super parking and nice restaurant staff.

The room had undergone renovation, but not in a particularly professional way. However, all was fine.
