Location is great: steps from a quiet, shallow beach, a bus stop, and several dining options. Staff were all very friendly and most spoke some English. AC worked well.

My room did not match the photos, which showed a balcony. Instead, my door opened onto a large veranda with no furniture and someone's swim trunks lying in a pile the entire two days I was there. Bed was way too soft. While room was otherwise clean, coffee mugs were dirty from past guests, and there were a lot of tiny ants in the bathroom and in the sugar packets.

We had the perfect room that we asked for. It was clean and comfortable. Very modern bath since our last visit in March 2021. This was our third visit staying here and we would return. The staff were lovely and friendly, very helpful.

There were a couple of things that needed a quick repair, but minor. One light near the desk didn't work, but we didn't report it. Didn't affect our stay. We were a bit disappointed that there were no face cloths or hand towels, only bath towels and bath mat. The night club nearby was very noisy until 3-4am, on the weekend, but the room's soundproofing was very good.

This hotel is in a great location, literally across the road from a safe swimming beach. Vibrant area with plenty of food and drink options nearby, including a cafe next door to the hotel. The staff were very helpful and catered to our wishes. There is no swimming pool, but there is really no need for one with the beach across the road. Room had a little balcony and was more than adequate for our needs. Extremely good value for money.

Not enough tea and coffee sachets in the room. Ran out of toilet paper. No milk. No shampoo - could be a supply chain issue. Spent first night in an alternative room as room did not unlock when we arrived at 1am which wasn’t ideal, but staff very helpful regarding this.

Fantastic location right across from a nice beach with many great eateries nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here twice opting for the sea view room both times. The third (top) floor room had a small balcony (without outdoor furniture) whereas the second floor room had a large opening window and slightly nicer room. Free wifi was fast and reliable.

There was no iron despite the listing. There was a blood stain on the spare pillow in the closet, obviously an oversight as the room was spotless aside from this. Some minor communication issues partly due to our lack of French.

The location is great. So close to the beach you can swim at and the wifi worked when on the sand out the front. The staff were friendly, I liked the size of the rooms and the shower was great. New Caledonia is expensive but the Wingsy chicken shop nearby was super reasonable for dinner. The supermarket was like 1km away and the city centre wasn’t too far to walk to either.

That it didn’t have a pool but I knew that when booking. I saw the comments about noise and could see that being an issue for the water view rooms but the garden view room had no issue at all with noise during the evening. Just some construction next door during the day which didn’t bother me at all

The room was spacious, airy and great natural light. Being really close to the beach meant I could have an early morning swim easily. As we were in the back part of the hotel it was relatively quiet, considering Baies de Citrons is renowned for it's spirited nature. Staff were always helpful and friendly. My brother and I took our 82 year old mother to New Caledonia for a holiday and the staff ensured she had a lovely stay. She really felt looked after there. Easy walking distance to a number of cafes and restaurants, bars.

My only concern was the pillows were a little strange, kind of lumpy. But with a bit of massaging they worked out alright.

Location was great, right on the sheltered lemon bay. This is the only beach you are currently allowed to swim at in Noumea. Easy access to many restaurants and cafes within walking distance and a great base to explore Noumea. The hotels facilities were clean and comfortable and exactly what was expected for a 3 star hotel. We chose a garden view room at the rear of the hotel after reading the comments of others about noise when staying in the ocean view rooms and were happy with our choice. We stayed for a week and apart from one Friday night when the noise of some doing burnouts in the street woke us up, (this did not last too long and certainly not something the hotel has any control over) we had no problems with noise. The staff were friendly and very helpful with directions. We would chose to stay here again.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The bed was comfy, the room clean, and very bright with a great view. The hotel staff were really lovely and really helpful. Opposite to Lemon Bay Beach which has a lovely atmosphere full of people every night. We booked a double room with sea view and private balcony as advertised in the pictures.

When we arrived we were given a room on the first floor which had a large shared balcony with all the other rooms on the floor. There is a big step from the room to the balcony so when you are inside you cannot actually see the ocean. We asked to change rooms to what is advertised, the staff were understanding about this, and luckily there was a room available on the third floor. This room was much better than the first floor room and we appreciated them helping us to change. Just worth considering when booking that you might not recieve what is shown in the pictures. My only criticism of the room was in the bathroom, there is a screen covering half of the shower but no door so the floor got a bit wet.

Super friendly and helpful people. Amazing location right across the road from the beach and next door to one of the best restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks/coffee. Great value for money and free unlimited wifi.

Location right on the only beach where you can swim in Noumea. Also very close to plenty of restaurants. Supermarket 10 minutes walk. Garden view room to minimise the noise from the road and local night club. Helpful friendly staff. Beach towels available. Airport shuttle organised by reception staff. Reception open 24/7 Quiet air conditioning with individual room controls.

No kitchenette. Small room but well set out so not a big deal. Shower water temperature went from hot to tepid as it ran so you had to keep adjusting the setting to keep it warm. Very limited TV channels.
