The property was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. There was 24 hour security. The hotel staff were very helpful and carried our luggage to the top floor

Things to note: Even though you book a room for two people including breakfast. Breakfast is only included for one person. You have to pay for the second meal so come prepared.

The customer reps at the reception and staff I came across during my stay, were very courteous. I was also very impressed with their meal servings. The plating, portion and taste were very impressive. The interior and exterior spaces were very clean. I was quite happy to get back after the day's outing, and seeing a well tidied room.

I think the showers in the bathrooms should have hand rails for added safety and soap/sponge/shampoo dishes/hangers on the walls of the shower area.

we already knew the hotel and had a good experience, so again: - good price-performance ratio - Clean rooms - Foreign credit card payment possible - Hardly any discussion about the 2 breakfasts as stated on booking.com - Good food for reasonable area - Nice staff

Unfortunately: - the shower gel shown in the pictures was not available, only soap and no replacement - The staff is nice but not professionally trained - In the middle of our stay we were forced to change rooms - It's the collection of little things that leave an unpleasant feeling, such as: always only one towel for two, even the complimentary was only ever equipped for one person (you feel unwelcome and ignored as the second person in the room... almost as in a love hotel), … and even when we say something, it was ignored…

This is a place you'll want to visit whenever in Abuja. The serenity, proximity to lots of place and central for me. My stay was met with people who have a good heart and a welcoming attitude. I would love to show my appreciation to the staffers below: 1. Gift - Receptionist. 2. Greg - Maintenance Supv. 3. Monday - Waiter. 4. Kate - Waitress. 5. David - Housekeeper. 6. Daniel - Manager. They were amazingly delivering their services with smiles.

None...I was good for me and exciting.

I like most stuff about the Hotel the stuff is a great there in the standard the hotel the room the restaurant it's amazing all those people is amazing I love them I hope when I go back I can make my reservation in that hotel again❤️

Only one thing I don't like sbout the hotel when you check in you book two people when you go to take your breakfast they'll say is only one people go have a free breakfast the other one have to pay that's only thing I don't like about the hotel

Breakfast was okay. It was usually served hot. Not a very expansive menu but adequate for a quick eat at the beginning of the day. Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk was great..!

My room was close by the standby generators and was rather noisy as a result. It would help if the generator panels were closed. The meals including breakfast took a bit of time to be served. Establishment would do good to advise guests to order their meals well ahead of time especially if in a hurry.

- Clean and spacious room. - Breakfast was delicious. - Professional and friendly staff.

- No iron in the room. - Breakfast was only served to 1 guest even though we made a reservation for 2 guests. They asked us to pay extra if we wanted breakfast for the second guest. - It was difficult to enjoy the TV and WiFi because they kept switching between the power and generator. TV and WiFi went off each time they switched and we had to keep turning on the TV and reconnecting to WiFi.

I liked everything about this hotel. First it's so neat, there was no single stain on the walls. The staff are so calm and professional; they know what to do and get it done quickly. The ambience is really nice, a calm color scheme and decor, they have a garden and a bar with soft music. The rooms are built in a way that everyone has privacy. They even got some quotes on the stairs that made my day. The neighborhood is calm and accessible to the key parts of Abuja. Finally, a hotel that can cook. I can't explain how great this hotel is. Go and experience it yourself. I rate them 10/10

It met expectations! The staffs are amazing. They’re the true heroes!!! I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back there next time I’m in town :)

There is almost nothing to not like if I’m being honest. Only complaint I had was the internet. It’s definitely not reliable or barely run a page. But if you’re ok mobile data, that problem is solved I suppose.

- Price-performance very good and offers better standard compared to even other 5 or 4 star hotels - one of the main reasons to stay here was that paying with card was possible - very good food in general for a reasonable price (breakfast selection is a bit small though) - Room was of a good and satisfactory standard.... also the room was cleaned daily.... (however, as in many hotels in Nigeria, the equipment in the room was only designed for one person => 1 glass, 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 bag of tea, 1 bag of cafe, etc etc) - Pool area is small but very comfortable. also the area to relax as well as the bar area are great (unfortunately the breakfast inside area is very small and uncomfortable) => The main reason to choose this accommodation: it is one of the very very few hotels that correctly classify themselves as a 3-star hotel according to the worldwide hotel guidelines and standard. Measured against this classification, this accommodation offers a very high quality ... which in my opinion is due to the manager of the hotel

- in the booking were booked two people, but only one breakfast was given free of charge... in the booking was also not that explicitly only one breakfast is included. Only after contact with booking and a conversation with the manager, the problem could be solved. - except for the manager, 80% of the staff is not professional (in my opinion) in terms of friendliness, decision-making skills, solving internet problems etc.
