Excellent location, good size room, and staff were quite courteous

I was asked to make payment in dollars before I used my U.K. card which I think should not be the case, I should be giving the option to make the payment in the local currency. The reception desk did not answer the phone in the morning when I was ready to check out and I needed help with my luggage I had to go downstairs to get the help needed they did apologise and I got help with my luggage

The definition of luxury and comfort for real. I had such a wonderful time here, and that includes my experience at the Amani Spa. The beddings were incredibly soft and the room always smelled amazing. The view is also really nice. Also everybody was sooooo lovely, from the staff at the front door, the security, the cleaners, the servers, front desk, a huge shoutout to Tomisin who made sure I was very comfortable and was super nice about it. I’ll definitely be back.

Breakfast was amazing but room service food wasn’t that great (too salty). I would also recommend visiting during the week as opposed to the weekend. Too many events happen during the weekend and it means a lot of people and a lot of noise.

Breakfast was great, loads of options. Nice, clean, functional hotel for a conference I attended. Very close to the airport too!

No coffee pods in room for coffee machine. No ‘diet/sugarfree’ soft drinks at the bar. Bar menu slightly limited. Lack of beer options too, some craft beer would have been nice.

The receptionist staff that attended to me on arrival was very professional, helpful and friendly. Olawale has represented the company well as the first point of contact and his customer service was top notch. He makes me feel at ease to book an extra night to stay. Thanks for this beautiful experience and I would recommend that the management maintains this standard of customer experience and satisfaction. I enjoyed the variety Buffet serving breakfast and how the sitting area and exterior gives the relaxed ambience that gives a pleasant, calming and vibrant mixed social environment.

Toothpaste and brush is missing from the bathroom but on request it was provided.

The check-in was pretty fast thanks to Mr Adeyemi who was very professional and courteous. The hotel is well located with easy access to various locations in Lagos.

The beautiful, modern look and feel. The check-in process was smoky and easy. Friendly, professional staff. The location is excellent for airport access; nearby shopping and dining. The food was great! The buffets were truly 5 star…well prepared and presented. Lots of services available on site including a well-appointed spa, cafe, bar and restaurant. The pool was gorgeous. The exterior and interior decorations, especially the fountains on the outside and the painting on the inside. Lots of places for selfies! A good sense of security and safety; including COVID-19 prevention measures.

The common areas seem a bit crowded by visitors who are most likely coming in to use the hotel services but also to take pictures and selfies. The hot water seems to run out at times of heavy use; so I had a few cold showers that I didn’t plan for! Some room furniture needs refreshing or small fixes, other than that they look good and are high quality.

It feels like a second home

The staff needs to be coordinated with guest requests. Handover from previous staff on duty seems to not be properly done as new staff on duty find it difficult to follow through on requests.

Unnecessarily loud ‘jazz’ band in the lobby on Monday afternoon.

Staff was courteous, friendly and professional Pool was adequately taken care of and was good experience. Covid19 preventive measures in place and enforced Breakfast was decent and timely. 6.30am and the spread is ready

Was impossible to book an extension. I had to make a fresh booking for one additional night extension to my initial booking. Dinner was not great, poor variety and taste was just average Covid19 measures in place except for social distancing
