Lovely receptionist called Sebastian. Got a solid room. 4 pillows and comfy bed. Fridge, kettle with coffee and tea, decent TV in room, free essential toiletries etc. Cant speak for the breakfast. Cocktail I had at the roof bar was good (bartender put up with my pickiness when it comes to getting a cocktail how I like it gladly) and the place had amazing 360 views of Bodo.

Wi-Fi speed was good, but I despise login page Wi-Fi connections because I can’t get it to work on some of my devices where the pop-up doesn’t work. It cut out a few times as well. No decent free parking, even for my wee motorcycle but thankfully there’s free MC parking up the road (beside Parkering Havn)

We arrived very late (2am) on our way to Lofoten (taking the ferry the same evening to Moskenes). Nevertheless, we were greeted with a big smile from a young man. He mentioned that he is new but finds it so exciting to meet people from all over the world, and that showed. Chris, thank you for putting a smile on our otherwise exhausted and tired faces. Very service-minded, he brought more towels up to the room for us, so we would not have to bother in the morning. A little later check out was no issue either. Blackout curtains are essential up north in the summertime. They really helped us get a good night sleep. Breakfast was served with a view over parts of the port of Bodø - very lovely. Same as in the Radisson Blue in Trondheim, there was a small kids corner, which one really appreciates when traveling with small toddlers/kids.

The location was very good. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I had to roam around for hours, waiting for the ferry first and for my flight on my return, and they had no problems in keeping my bag in the luggage room even when I had already checked out. The second time, actually, I wasn’t even staying. Very kind people. The room was mostly clean, except for the one point noted on the next section. Not a housekeeping issue. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very complete. Excellent.

There was constant noise (from the heating?) that became annoying every now and then. The shower was uncomfortable: very narrow and the water temperature kept going slightly up and down. It was not the shower I saw in the photos for this room standard. Also, the shower door, not a door really, was absurd and did not prevent the water from splashing out. What's with that design? In spite of the cleanliness of the room, the sink was stained from who knows what in the water. Time to fix that is long due. Not acceptable for that level of room. Again, not a housekeeping issue. I could not connect my laptop to the internet from my room.

The lady at the reception (unfortunately I did not ask for her name) was very kind and helpful in all regard. She is well suited for her position. Nice room, spacious. Nice to have shower gel and cream bottles tailored with the extracts they use specifically for Radisson guests. Coffee in room, fridge.

Almost everything fulfilled, and surpassed, my expectations. Except, the mountain view upgraded room really did not give me the sense of "mountain view" because the sixth floor is not high enough. I had a view of the building in front of me, a partial view of the sky, and no view of the mountain. This was not expected. Perhaps you should consider the superior rooms to be in superior leveled floors to meet up to the viewing expectations.

Beds are soo comfortable and many pillows to choose from to sleep on and hug :) Very little to zero noise from neighbors. Wallsare NOT paper thin which I really appreciate to be able to rest! I rested very, very well similar to my Euro top King bed due to amazing comforter amd pillows! Both nights I stayed were fantastic. Staff was very helpful to help with taxis, souvenir shops, downloading bus app, and directions to Saltstraumen -world's strongest tide. Def go see it and explore the nearby camping grounds thatsells Arctic Salt ( walk to Saltstraumen Hotel - there is a view there too. 5 min walk)

Loved it all! Zero I didnt like..Very pleased with included breakfast which is fantastic buffet style selection of fruits, eggs, breads, meats, yogurt, pancakes, toppings, juices, coffee. I mean they have it all and you can even order from a menu.Loved the comfort of room, and service.

Hotel, location, breakfast and view from hotel room even if we faced away from the sea (8th floor). A very nice roof top bar and we where lucky to see the midnight sun here while having something to drink.

We visited the hotel in July and it was between 25-30 degrees. The hotel rooms does not have aircondition and the night was very warm. Small windows = almost no fresh air If you dont get to open the window properly, you need to ask for help (a key needed) to open it fully. Can be noisy in the weekends (bar outside). This hotel is not a family hotel in the way that there are no place nice you can sit with your kids and i.e relax or play cards. The only place is the roof top bar and they do not permit guest under 20 years even if they (your kids) are with the parents. Very strange. Beds - double beds have double dune/blanket and they are also much harder than the single beds. If you want your own dune and a softer bed then ask for two single beds as a double bed.

Upon arrival, we noticed a problem with our room, the window hinge was broken. We tried to close the window but it was very loose and we were afraid it will all come out of the frame. I informed the reception desk, eventually the young lady from the reception desk came upstairs to check the issue and upgraded us from a family room to two Premium single rooms. The rooms were nice, very clean, nice view over the harbor. There is no parking lot but the lady from the reception desk recommended us to park in the street where the parking was free during the night.

Beautiful ocean and mountain view, we´v been at the 9th floor, that was really great. thanks for that. It was big, perfect hotelroom, but a very tiny bathroom for a handicap-room?!? The "morning-programm" in the bathroom was a bit an adventure for a handicap person, but we made it. :-) The restaurant and dinner was very good and a very friendly stuff. We had no breakfast, so we are not able to say anything about it. Parking spaces around the hotel on the street.

well, it was a bit dusty, a few crumbs on the table and just a suggestion, if the room is called a handicap room, it would be helpful, if there are some handles on the wall of the shower, because it is a little bit tricky, talking a shower, for a handicap person - without handles!

Everything nice to look at

I was in room 3410 and it was unbearably hot - about 27 degrees - and this with a thick duvet. It was impossible to sleep, the "air condition" is inexistant, they say it is a ventilation system (which was ZERO effective). The windows could nit be opened due to safety reasons. I don't know how many rooms are like this - but possibly many ! The building is a constructive FAIL. If the window cannot be opened, then air condition is a requirement. I was given another room which had windows to open - this was fine, but altogether not enough sleep due to the prior room situation

Excellent location but that’s not all! We arrived almost midnight and very tired after several connecting flights. Chris, who is the reception at night shift gave us a very warm, funny, friendly welcome ! He processed our check in and arranged an early taxi next morning in split second, and made us feel we were really being taken care of after a long weary trip. A big thank you to him !
