Located in front of the train station. The room is spacious and clean. Walking distance to the port and other points in the town. The check in is made through the machine not contact with the hotel personal. If you want to have breakfast it is recommendable to add it at the check-in it will be difficult to find good food around.

The surrounding is very noisy, all night long there is a truck cleaning the streets which make it very difficult to sleep. The bed was not comfortable and really small for two people. There is no hot water kettle in the room or refrigerator or coffee machine. It is very limited the food choices in Bodø and in Norway in general. So be mindful of it.

The hotel was clean, and the bathroom was stocked with soap, which is always appreciated. The room itself was calm and peaceful, and the window blinds were able to completely cover the window, which was great for getting a good night's sleep. The reception was also very nice, and the staff were helpful and friendly. One of the best parts about this hotel was its location - it was very close to the train station, which made it easy to get around the city. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering all of the amenities that were included. The hotel also had a smart TV with the ability to cast, which was a nice touch.

There were a few minor issues that I encountered during my stay. The double bed had a small cover, which wasn't ideal. There was no table in the room, which made it a bit challenging to work or eat in the space.

A very clean, quiet and comfortable hotel opposite the train station and ferry harbour. The room was large, the bathroom tiny but that space very well used, just enough countertop space, a sink that is designed to drain well, nice taps. Staff friendly and helpful.

The duvet is too small to cover the bed so one person suffers! The wall heater is covered by the curtains which seems counterproductive and maybe dangerous when used to heat the room. No bath mat. Could use an iron and board. The handy parking station next door wouldn’t accept our credit cards. We parked across the road at the train station. It was also cheaper there.

We only stayed for one night, but it was a very nice stay! Very helpful and friendly staff. Special credits for the receptionist (Kaja, Katja?) who helped us out saving a major problem with our transport on the Lofoten (where we were heading off to after the stay in Bodø) Location is very convenient. Next to the train station, and only a few minutes walk to the ferry (we saw the boat from our room) Room was perfect and clean. Breakfast was very various and delicious. Had the luck to see the northern lights right in front of the hotel above the harbour. Bodø itself was also a lovely place to stroll around, we enjoyed watching all the street art. Would definitely come back here!

Like Smart Hotels philosophy ....comfortable bed great shower....The staff are friendly and helpful and the Breakfast is Fantastic Smart tv so could watch youtube which is what i prefer to live tv. The hotels position in the city is great too railway station 1 minute away and the bus station and hurtig boats quay a pleasant 10 minute walk along the harbour. Bodo itself is a fabulous little city that really impressed me and all that beautiful scenery to cap it all off would love to come back someday in the near future.

the only thing i missed was a kettle in the room to make a cup of coffee

The hotel is very well located, right in front ot the train station, and with several bus connections, both local and regional, just a few minutes walk away. The staff was very friendly and even though we arrived at the hotel before the check in time, they allowed us to check in and leave our bags in the room. The room is very well equipped and the breakfast is complete and diverse.

The view could have been better, but besides that we were pleased with everything.

our room was located near a noisy street. we wanted to open the windows because of the heat in the room (winter time), but we couldn’t because of the noise outside. the windows did cancel out the noise very well but unfortunately the heat in the room was uncomfortable (we couldn’t control it) and we didn’t sleep well because of it. otherwise perfectly fine place to stay.

We stayed only one night on a roadtrip, so booked the smaller double room. If you are going to stay longer I recommend to choose the bigger one, as that will be more comfortable for 2 people. Self check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Breakfast can be bought upon check-in for reduced price. Room looks exactly like on the pictures. It had a minimal design, the colors of it was little too dark for us though. Bathroom was nice and clean, had everything we needed.

The bed is amazing, very comfortable and the bedding smelled really nice,, the bathroom was perfectly cleaned, nice soap, very nicely cleaned overall. Location is great, very close to train station, harbour and city center

Breakfast was not so good, not that many varieties, noise from outside ( ventilation ) and windows from outside not clean. Please clean the entrance windows, so much dirt and dust build up, that many poor words and things drawn.

The location of the hotel was ideal for us. Right in the vecinity of the harbour to the Lofoten ferry and the train station. The room was a bit small to fit our two big luggage pieces but we were able to make it work. Other than that everything was nice and clean, we had everything we needed. The staff was great and accomodating. The breakfast was fresh, with a good variety of choices.
