Great bathing facility with pool and jacuzzi. Nice location, ambience. Great breakfast.

There was no air conditioner or cooler in the room. So, on warm days (20C+, like when we went) you have to keep windows open, and that can invite flies and mosquitoes in your room. That is a bit of tricky situation.

The Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was really good, felt like it has a lot of healthy and delicious options. Dinner was also above and beyond expectations, both at the restaurant and wt the bar. We had the pool basically to ourselves. We barely ever saw anyone else use it. The pool area itself is beautiful!

The whole room was very dirty and dusty. There were hair everywhere (the bed, the towels, the sink, the floor). All the furniture was covered with a teeny tiny layer of dust. Not much, but just enough to know that it hasn't been wiped down in a week.

Breakfast 10/10, perfect with the Røros church view. The pools and sauna are also a great part of the hotel.

I got almost lost when leaving the swimming pool area and was trying to get back to my room. :) The sauna and the whole pools area would appreciate regular supervision ("swimming pool" on the sauna floor, empty beer can there as well).

The spa facilities are very good, with different pools inside and outside, and a nice view of the city. The breafast was good but quite standard compared to other hotels in Norway. They had a nice three-courses dinner menu at a reasonable price (for Norwegian prices). The room was comfortable. The hotel is very close to the start of a hiking path to the top of the mountain/hill above the city.

Some walk is needed to reach the hotel from the station, as the hotel is a bit outside of the center. Consider that if you have a big trolley.

Location was very nice, not too close and not too far away from the center! It offered a lot of attractions for kids- incide and outside play ground, swimming pool! As well we could stay there with our dog. Breakfast was very good, fresh products and a lot of choice, all was delicious!

Bathroom in swimming pool was quite dirty in the rash hour, a lot of hair everywhere, as well plaster what was laying in swimming pool area from someone's wound was still there in next morning!

I liked the pool and the location. The hotel is located not in the centre but close it which means you are near the ski routes as well as the centre. The pool is new and very modern and nice. Very equipped. Nice experience. Many children.

I did not like the reservation system for booking a table and the building of the main hotel. Apart from the pool the rest of the hotel is old-fashioned and the materials are old. We found out last meeting that we had to book a table for the restaurant which of course was booked.

The place itself

Whe had dinner on our first night at their restaurant. Hey have this summer buffet. My husband had a stew and this baked salmon. He didn’t well after that dinner and it went on the day after. So that was ashamed.

Very nice spa and superb brekfast was included in the price. We probably will return here!

It was not the same room as on the picture. We needed to make the sofa bed for the children. For this price we want full service. Not making the bed when we arrive. The pillow was to thick and the bed to soft. Not to comfortable actually.

The pool area, the playground were very nice. The social areas were also very comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. A beautiful place to enjoy with family, amazing views.

We had a sofa bed that was not comfortable.

Felt a bit like a labyrint to access pool.stairs between lobby and last elevator would have been a good shortcut . restaurant menu was a bit too narrowed to "røros" a few more conventional dishes would be nice for those not into salmon, reindeer dishes or the lobby menu
