The check in experience, the room and the view from the room were very nice. We had a sea view room which was very nice. The staff is very well groomed and takes good care of the guests. The swimming pool is very good. They have some water slides which the adults as well as the kids enjoyed a lot.

The food was not up to the mark. We had the dinner as well as the breakfast in the hotel. The variety was very limited in the dinner and even the taste wasn't good. The breakfast was better. However, the choices for vegetarians were limited. There is no Valet parking in the hotel.

The location and the staffs are good. Food was delicious. To escape from business and getting lonely this is best options

It's pathetic that 9 am they can't check in even 70 % room was empty. It's Ramadan time. Reception asked for extra charge for early check in. So next day I checked out 8 am . So why they didn't give me some money back for early check out ? Big hotel should have big mind too. And in sohur time only 5-6 main item was displayed. Nothing was adequate. Biriyani finished and I said to refill it but there was no waiter even. Like we were eating like hiding

The staff were friendly, accomodating, nice and extremely competent. That made our stay wonderful. The rooms were in good condition and clean. The view of the ocean was amazing and easily the best part of the room.

The bellboys and valets can make themselves more available to facilitate a smoother check-in experience. Slight upkeep needed in fittings of the room. Crowd in front of the reflections bar can get a little loud so a bit better noise insulation would be appreciated.

We were given a room that was overlooking the current swimming pool works with workmen outside of our balcony, we asked if we could move and was upgraded to a Business Class room. Throughout our stay, all the staff were very kind and courteous, particularly in the restaurant. The food from the breakfast to the Valentine dinner and Indian buffet was delicious and we appreciated the 20% discount for hotel guests. We had a problem with someone sawing in the roof at 2am but was happy that the situation was resolved and one of our meals was refunded as compensation. This is the perfect place for a relaxing break, however it is a long way from Muscat or the Al Hajar mountains and other tourist attractions.

There is a lot of work going on outside at the moment which meant that only one of the pools is open. The noise was not too bad however the outlook is not the best but you can just concentrate on the expanse of the Gulf of Oman. Beware of the tax which is not included in the room rate and is almost as much as a one-nights stay!

The Hotel Staff was very hospitable and welcoming, and Jessel “Duty Manager “in the Reception was Super Welcoming and offered us a better room with a very nice view, Jessel was very helpful during our stay. Very good breakfast buffet is served with plenty of varieties. The room was very clean and the pool Staff are very conscious and friendly with Kids.

The staff are amazing. The room and bathroom faced the beach which was beautiful! The size and amenities of the room were great. The breakfast is a very good deal with lots of variety and high-quality food.

The hotel itself needs more work, directions to different places need to be more clear, the pools need to be much better and the parking area needs clear signage. The shower pressure was very low for a hotel at this level. The breakfast buffet needs to be better managed by the staff when it gets busy. Prices need to be more competitive.

The hotel has an amazing sea view. If you like walking by the beach this place is for you. We had a half board package and it was the right decision. Both breakfast and dinner are great. The staff are very polite, attentive and accomodating. We had a chance to chat with a couple of restaurant staff who appeared to be very understanding. Food was great: Thai and Italian nights had the true taste of the mentioned cuisines. Breakfasts had great variety and could satisfy all the tastes. Huge THANK YOU to Chef Mahmoud who took care of my son who is a very picky eater. Regards from Andrei and the family! We are for sure coming back.

We were not informed by the hotel that there is swimming pool construction going on. The first room we were given was facing it directly instead of the premium seaview room. So, we had to request a change which was made, so we appreciate the efforts and patience of the reception staff. It is at times difficult to get to the beach. At the time of high tide you can just not cross the stream running between the hotel and the sea which is very disappointing. Pillows need to be changed. The ones provided these days are too thin/flat.

The staff was amazing, had a nice shave, a massage and had fun talking to the staff. Barbecue themed dinner was delicious. When I had to go to the hospital (not due to anything related to the hotel) they send a driver with me, management wanted to make sure everything was alright after and send me off with a lovely lunch. Above and beyond!

As a lover of music, there could've been spent a little more time dressing up the entertainment. A piano with pre-set songs and a microphone hardly ever look good ;-)

The food was excellent. The staff were also excellent. Any request was met with a smile and fulfilled quickly .

Only one pool was open. ( we knew this before we arrived). Access into the pool was difficult. There was no handrail to walk down the steps that were in the pool. There was then a flat area and then more steps. This was the only way in and out. A conventional ladder in and out the pool would have been an improvement. It was very difficult access.
