Luis was amazing! He was very kind, welcoming and attentive to any and all questions. He gave great trips on hiking trails & where to eat. Staying in a shipping container was on my wish list. Nomada Republic delivered! The rain was epic!

Stayed in June 2024. They were still working out some kinks but they were working hard to remedy them. The drive in from the main road is very very steep. Our rental car struggled a bit to make it up. We did make it though, even in the rain. The restaurant just up the hill is amazing but be prepared to pay US/Euro fine dining prices.

The hotel’s located just 15 minutes away from the town which is very convenient. The reason we booked nómada republic was for the views and we were not disappointed! It’s located at the top of a hill, and all the rooms have an uninterrupted view of the valley and mountains around it. Had an amazing time.

It was very windy at night and the wind was very loud, had a bit of trouble sleeping because I’m a light sleeper. We lost WiFi and electricity in the morning, maybe because of the wind, but we didn’t mind. I’d 100% go here again, it was very much worth it.

Design, Location in the mountains, view, tranquility, atmosphere. The food at the (only) restaurant up there was delicious, but it’s not included in the price. In order to have this remote and calm location, you should be aware of the steep and bumpy road to get there. We did it with a regular rental car and it was okay, but we would recommend to do the first ride at daylight.

You cannot open the window in the bathroom, that’s why it gets a bit humid in the container (the room is basically a rebuilt container). Also, there could be more space to hang / put clothes and things.

Great accommodation with amazing views - you'd need a car to get all the way there but no 4WD necessary (we made it with a Hyundai Creta, even after rain). The restaurant just above the hotel was also nice (even better views!).

We had very strong winds on both nights and it can get a little overwhelming, especially if you prefer peaceful nights. It didn't really bother us much, I guess that's the price you pay for the views.

Great location in a unique setting. Loved the view, cool to see the clouds rolling in. The studio room had a small kitchen with coffee maker. You could put together a breakfast or small meal. The staff was super friendly. There was a delicious restaurant just steps up a steep hill 😀

The room was a little small. My husband was sick so we spent more time in the room than planned. If this was your base and you were out hiking each day (as we had planned) it would have been fine.

Nice location although it was very windy and cloudy most of my stay so I couldn't enjoy the views as I'd hoped. Nice set up and very good water pressure in the shower 👍🏻. There was an electricity problem on the first night which got resolved by the following morning and I got offered a free night in return which suited me perfectly.

As you are very high up on the mountain and it get's really cloudy, the inside of the room can get a little moist. This was however a minor inconvenience.

The hotel has a beautiful view, if you are a biker is strategically located near a bikers facility. The restaurant has a variety of options for breakfast. The hotel has been recently opened everything is new and clean and the staff is very friendly, Luis was a great host.

The hotel is just opening for sure I would love to come back, and I would recommend a couple of things to improve the experience, one is to instal blackouts or something similar in all windows to provide a little bit of darkness to the room in the early morning, the other is that my room didn’t have a TV, I understand the idea is to disconnect, but I noticed other rooms have tv, it would be nice to keep the same standard. And lastly the room had a microwave and a small fridge, it would be nice to provide at least glasses, dishes and basic utensils.

The view! The setting is amazing with beautiful views of the valley and it's very quiet. Even though small the room was nice and had new furniture. The staff were very friendly.

Only small things... They were still building so there was no reception therefore there was no information and it was sometimes difficult to find a staff member. When it was windy at night the doors and windows would rattle, making an annoying noise throughout the night.

Nice to be near by the restaurante that has great food The room was cozy and is for those days that you really wanna disconnect because there’s just nature around and a lot of bugs at night

Ariel is great, so nice and caring. The views awesome The cool weather perfect. Too windy but great 🥰

We have 2 containers. One with a full bed and the bathroom. The other one with a single bed, minikitchen and tv. It could be a door to connect the two rooms that way the single container could use the bathroom without going outside during the night Think it through is my recomandation.
