I had a bless. We had a midnight check in Night Auritor did a excellent Job exceed my expectation. As I am also a night auditor supervisor the Welcome was warm and welcomed. Thank you. Housekeeping excellent service and the breakfast station was extremely WAW. All around excellent service Hampton Staff 200% excellent service.

Everything exceed my expectation

It was in a great location as we travelled on the Pan American highway and close to our rental car location. There’s a grocery store right across the street that was perfect to pick up snacks. The included breakfast was great and had wonderful both cold and hot options. The coffee was awesome and the cold water was nice.

It would have been nice to have a pool but we didn’t really stay long enough to make much of a difference to us.

The room and bed were very confortable, nice pressure on the shower. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Parking was big. Air conditioner worked great

I would have liked a better selection of cheese and fruit. You had some, but could have offered more. Albeit the breakfast was of good quality.

The breakfast options were good and changed each day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The person that cleaned the room each day did a very good job, we were happy to return to a nicely cleaned room.

The bathroom in our room #106 had a sewer like smell sometimes. We closed the bathroom door so the smell would not enter the room.

It is located right off the main highway so was perfect to meet up with friends. It was right across from a large grocery store to pick up snacks too. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

The street in front was rather dirty and garbage around the area next to the property. I guess this is to be expected in a city on a main road.

I inadvertently left my passport in the hotel when I checked out. Later, because of good service and good meals, I returned with my group for another meal. I was pleasantly surprised when a front desk clerk handed me my passport. That type of service is beyond excellent. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat! Mick Culbertson

the airport shuttle only runs in the morning…..we were dropping our hire car off there so had to call a taxi. no restaurant on site but there is a room service menu , nearby restaurants and a large supermarket opposite

All the staff at the hotel were exceptionally kind to us, as we were there seeking veterinary care our Certified Trained Service Dog. We sadly learned while we were there has cancer and the tumor cannot be removed. We were devastated while we were there and very stressed, and the staff were incredibly kind to us. They were willing to lend an ear, allowing us talk about how sad and stressed we were. They allowed us to effortlessly extend our stay an extra night, and allowed us to check out late, to accommodate our needing time to go buy medications for the dog. We will choose Hampton by Hilton David regularly, both to get continued veterinary care for our dog, as well as any time we have business in David in the future. great breakfast buffet early enough to catch the shuttle to airport at 730 am. staff very friendly and helpful, room clean quiet and cool. overall a great stay. will definitely book again with them before my next trip back to the states.

Not the hotels fault but our Thursday night stay it must have been live band night at the bar/casino next door with music thumping out until 2.15 am.
