We were welcomed by Davidd, whom was extrmeemly polite and helpful and recommended great things to do within the city. He was at our service at all times,from the beginning to the end of our stay. Israel, was the cafe lounge attendant, he had a great attitude at all times of the day and welcomed us with a great attitude every morning we saw him in the breakfast area, he was always makign sure to keep the dining areas clean and neat for every guest and made sure to ask us if we were being well attended during our stay. Onis, was a very pleasant hardworking young lady that was also at the cafe lounge every morning, she was very sweet every day. I must say these three individuals made our 20 day stay easier when travelign out of the country for so long. The housekeepers were very meticulate as well and upkept our rooms daily as we wished. The gentlemen in the kitchen in the morning were very nice to make us eggs per our request aside to what was out in the buffet area, whicn was very nice of them. Hospitality was A+.Overall, the staff compliments this hotel for the other things it may lack of, which made every con , forgiven, to what we had expected prior to booking. The view was ok, the aea was perfect walkign distance to everything.

They place needs a couple upgrades. The TV needs to be upgraded to smart TV, the HOTEL does not have microwaves, therfore we couldnt bring any leftover foods from restaurants,since we had no way to reheat it, which it was a big issue to my liking, considering we were there for so long. The laundry room was out of service, this was also needed for my stay. The food menu needs to really be ugraded. A caesar salad is made with Romaine lettuce not iceberg. They do not have everyhting on the menu every day, sometimes we wished to eat in, but their menu was limitied to what they had so we had to eat out. These things are recommendations, the hotel has great potential for so much more.

No name signage for the hotel at all and the feel was very sterile - the window blind was faulty and the wall covering in the bathroom was old and had separated from the wall. No elevator security with access card so anyone could easily slip past the reception staff

Best value for money. Amazing how they managed to run the hotel so smoothly, after just 3 weeks from the opening day. It was Hayat hotel, google still is confused about the change. Very good 4 star hotel, nice large rooms, all the facilities, nice swimming pool, good breakfast, but the best thing was the staff. Thanks to Andres, Israel, Carlos, Guido, Victor and the rest of the staff, the manager of the was on sight from morning to evening to solve any problem.

Wifi was restricted to some areas, i am sure that this will be arrange in few days, after all they just started.

Excellent location, just in front of the metro in one of the few areas of the city with good sidewalks. Very nice view from the room, which was very clean and well kept. Good breakfast with a nice selection of things. Cleaning ladies were super kind.

A few details need to be fixed on the rooms like the bathroom door or the revolving door at the entrance. It is evidently not a Hyatt anymore as they have quite literally just cut off or scraped off the Hyatt logos from the signs around the hotel without replacing it with their own graphics. It's not really a bad thing just curious.

I really like the stay here. The location is very central and you are only a $4 uber ride to anywhere you need to be if it's not within walking distance. The staff was nice and helpful. They serve a really great breakfast buffet already included in the price of your stay. I liked that the room was super spacious, water pressure was very strong and the ac was nice and cold with a wonderful view of the city. The rooftop also has a nice large area which was well maintained.

The downside of this hotel is if you are looking to go downstairs and find a nice bar, this hotel doesn't have that. The lobby vibe is very bland.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The atmosphere, wonderful view from the rooms, comfort, cleanliness, friendly staff, delicious food and coffee at breakfast. We would love to stay at MARINN PLACE Financial District if we go to Panama again.

The only recommendation, let the hotel have ready written explanation in English, If such information is requested. how the guests to get from the airport by metro to the hotel How many stops, where to change the metro line and the name of the stops...

This hotel has great suites with ample space and amenities. Beds , pillows , sheets are clean and comfortable. Bathroom is ample with a nice shower and accommodating vanity area. Minibar fridge , coffee maker , a safe inside the closet and a nice seating area compliments the suite

Overall condition of the hotel is not the best in class. It has lots of wear and usage signs most everywhere... walls, floors, corners , doors and jambs , bathroom fixtures and finishes, furniture... not terrible but expect wear on everything

Room was very big and included 2 parts - a "living room" with a large sofa, and the bedroom with 2 comfortable beds. The show (bathtub) was great as well. We enjoyed the pool very much as well, with a beautiful view of the financial district monuments.

Breakfast was ok, but not the best we had in the city. Parking is quite annoying as you can't park on your own and you have to wait for someone to take the car and return it when you need it.

The staff was exceptional, outstanding personnel at this hotel, focused on the guests needs from the front desk staff David, Ricardo, restaurant Henry and housekeeping Carmen all well done this property hit the jackpot hiring these professional dedicated employees they deserve a raise!

The noise level after 10pm there’s a nightclub 200m away and could hear the loud music shaking up my window 4/5 nights I could not sleep!

This is the former Hyatt Place in the financial district. New management, just opened a couple of weeks ago. Very friendly motivated staff, good breakfast included in my rate, valet parking as in the past. The room is big, modern (US 4 star business class standard), comfortable bed and quiet aircon. Shower pressure is good. I already did like this place in the past and it has definitely kept the standards after re-opening.
