Holiday Inn Express Asuncion Aviadores , an IHG Hotel

Very clean, well maintain hotel up to international standards. The staff were professional, the pool nice, excellent buffet preakfast with lots of choices. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Excellent hotel for the price.

There is just one problem with this very fine accomodation- the location is a bit isolated. There are two shopping malls a 15-20 minute walk away.. Other than the food courts no restaurants nearby or nice place to stroll. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant either.

Rooms could be a bit less noisy (mine was on the second floor and faced the front street, I imagine those in higher floors or facing the back of the hotel's entrance are better) Breakfast was very good, but did not have any healthier options like food with fibers/ gluten free/ vegan. Also, the breakfast room is in a comon area with the reception and entrance of the hotel, which made it even more crowded and noisy

A new property, with a very nice room and bathroom and a continental breakfast to start the day. Amazingly friendly staff.

Windows are not sound-proof, and the hotel is situated in a very busy road, with traffic starting around 6 a.m. The hotel does not have a restaurant and does not offer room service, but there is a wine bar right next to the property.

Everything!! Fast check in, nice room nice beds. Good parking. Fast checkout. Good breakfast.

Noisy. Neighboring rooms. Hallway and staff outside of the room. Could hear phone and radio conversations. Since 7 am on a Sunday. Did not get a good rest😩 was a first floor room, specifically asked on check in for a room on upper floors but they said it was fully booked

Our room was pretty noisy from the main street below. Rooms on the other side of building would probably be better, so we will request that next time.

The stuff was very kind and serviciable, the bedroom was big and clean, the breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfy. The hotel has a beautiful view. We ask for a change of room due to the noise and the stuff was very kind and apologetic. They did gave as another room for the 2nd night a lot more smaller with less comfort but at least it was quiet.

Noisy neighbors who party until very late just next to the hotel.

Excellent breakfast and a refreshment of coffee &cakes are available around day for free of charge. The staff in reception very helpful by all mean and they make life easy.

the electrical storm flooded our room, it was solved quickly by changing rooms

Everything was good. Except the hot water. Barely hot water to take a shower and that's crucial in a hotel .

The location was near by malls and convinience store. Delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, small coffee bar.

The water bottle was not provided in room, but there was big purified water in the robby.
