A pleasant hotel in every way. I stayed twice in a short interval. The room was worse the second time. The windows did not face the street but the patio with the pool - was a bit stuffy. Not a bad breakfast with a wide choice of hot dishes. Recommended.

The hotel is located right in the square in the center and in the evening in front of the hotel a minibus from which very loud in a circle sounds very nasty advertising. If the windows face somewhere on the other side of the hotel, maybe it's nothing, but the first night while I was in the room with the window open, after 100 repetitions, this advertisement started to annoy me terribly.

Our room was very quiet and clean. You feel very safe at this hotel that is right on the Plaza de Armas and very close to most of the city attractions. It is a very safe location and the staff is very attentive. The breakfast was very good with plenty of fresh fruit and the menu changes everyday. We did have massages while we were there and they were very good. It is great to have a restaurant in the hotel, and the food was ok, but overpriced.

There is no personality inside or out in this hotel. Everything is just gray, inside and out. Our room had no window to the outside. This hotel could be anywhere in the world as there was no feeling at all that you were in Peru. They could work on making the place a bit more colorful and attractive.

Communication directly with hotel reception by phone was a bit difficult. They didn’t answer the phone calls. Phone calls to Lima worked better, so I made the payment through Lima, but branch in Cajamarca didn’t get the notification and asked for the payment voucher to be sent directly to them.

I loved the breakfasts. It had a good variety. The bathrooms downstairs were also clean. The clerks were very attentive too.

The staff should control more outside too. I saw a woman just lifting her skirt and peeing just in front. I wish they could build a ramp to "climb" to the sidewalk

The hotel itself and its infrastructures are very good. On of the best we stayed in Peru. Room is very big and super clean! The hotel is modern but with some Colonial touches. Amazing restaurant and breakfast area. The breakfast was the best of the bests. Buffet with lots of options. With a great view over the main square. The parking lot its right inside the hotel which is great. Moreover it is covered.

We don't give it a 10 because there were some issues with the hot water which was not hot, it was lukewarm. And for the price you pay shouldn't be an issue! Expensive for the Peruvian standards. But we understand you are paying a bit of luxury.

Customer service was excellent!!! Highly recommended. Mr. Luis Pérez was very nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond. Room was all equipped, comfortable and clean. Food was good was well. I would love to come back son.

Breakfast was great. The staff was quick to respond and very helpful. Literally in the centre of the city.

Air conditioner / heater was too loud. Some rooms get noise from outside.

Excellent location, and generally spacious and comfortable. Very good breakfast.

A bit of street and casino noise, but this didn't bother me.

The kindness of the staff was exceptcional. The young man that cleaned our room went beyond the normal to help us, the front desk workers were very attentive and cordial. The way the room was cleaned everyday was really nice. My congratulations to the cleaning staff.

Compared with our last trip to Cajamarca, three years ago, the quality of breakfast has declined: There is less food, and if we want the same food we used to have before, now we have to pay extra. Also, the Menu Ejecutivo, that is advertised in the elevator, was not available the last two times we wanted to try.

I loved the location, right in the Main Plaza, close to shopping and touristic sites. Breakfast was also quite nice, fresh yogurt and bread, nicely made eggs, and great coffee. They were also kind enough to accomodate my elderly father's request for hot chocolate, which we bought and they prepared from local cocoa. I am definitely coming back.

People were celebrating birthday dinners at the hotel restaurant, with singing, and blowing candles. I think this should not be allowed in pandemic times.
