It was very close to the airport, and the rooms were big and comfortable beds! They staff was also lovely and very helpful. We arrived in Lima for one night and were flying to Cusco the next day for 3 nights. With us we had a suitcase and handluggage and we were supposed to leave our suitcase at the airport and pay for storage, but the staff offered to keep our luggage at the hotel for 3 night , at no extra cost. And 3 days later we arrived back and even though we only stayed one night, they graciously helped us with our luggage and offered their airport shuttle to us.

Everything was great! But if you're going to visit Lima itself I wouldn't stay here due to it being far away from the city and in a sketchy neighbourhood. But if you're only in Lima for a night and need to be close to the airport, I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I loved this hotel. I was a little concerned because it wasn't actually in the airport - it's across the highway, which sometimes can really add a lot of time to airport arrival when you have a super early flight. But I was super pleasantly surprised with how quickly the shuttle picked us up and it takes about 5 mins to arrive at the hotel. Then for our early morning flight they had a 24/7 shuttle which leaves every 15 minutes and also took about 5 mins to arrive at the airport dropoff. It was awesome. They also have a free breakfast buffet which starts at 4am which is so awesome if you have an early flight and I love that it's a buffet so you can eat fast if you have to leave quickly. Was super impressed with the hotel and would 100% stay here again when flying in/out of Lima.

The hotel is super close to the airport. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Good pillows too. We were overlooking a busy road so we could hear the constant honking but other than that it’s a good room for a night. The staff are super helpful and the breakfast buffet starts at 4 am so perfect for the early morning flights.

There are no toiletries in the bathroom. You can call down to reception to have them delivered but after a long flight I just want to have a shower and go to bed not wait around for someone to bring me a shower cap and cotton buds. This was really annoying.

The hotel is located just at the entrance to Lima Airport with a complimentary shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. The rooms are a good size, and the bed is super-comfortable. Definitely recommendable for a night before an early flight.

The instructions to the hotel shuttle were confusing. It wasn't clear that we needed to enter one of two unmarked, sliding doors in the arrivals area which made it seem like we were entering an off-limits area of the airport, and then we actually had to speak with another transport company. We asked a security guard, and he showed us where to go.

We needed an overnight stay at close as possible to Lima airport in order to make an early flight departure. This hotel was perfect for our needs - family of 3 and we got 2 double beds. The room was spacious and comfortable/clean. There is a shuttle service which operates between the airport and the hotel which was free and easy to use. The staff were delightful and very helpful. We had dinner at the hotel too which was perfectly pleasant and affordable for an airport hotel. The nearby Wyndham was pricing at $500 for a room for the night whereas we paid @$200 at the Hilton so it was definitely the most sensible option and was clearly being used by lots of overseas travellers.

I stayed at the hotel one night. The hotel is very close from the Lima International Airport and provides shuttle bus service regularly, which is so comfortable and convenient. Please take your time and you may better wait and hop on a shuttle bus to reach the hotel safely. The airport was so crowded, but a hotel manager or supporter welcomed you to a shuttle bus. The staff was so kind and supportive. They provides breakfast so early from 4:00 AM, which was so good for us to depart for the Airport at dawn.

The room was generally clean, but a shower both was not so much modern. Breakfast was good, but some of them was not so much fresh.

This is a very standard holiday inn hotel! Staff were great/friendly, the rooms were clean, hot water worked great, breakfast was buffet style, and you can't get much closer to the airport. It was great for one night before our flight. Bonus, they have a free airport shuttle which was super nice.

To be honest it was very noisy, even up on the eighth floor. We were facing the road that runs to the airport, so lots of honking/car noise went on into the night. It didn't bother me with the fan on high, but my mom put in her headphones to drown out the sound. To be fair, it's an airport hotel, so you can't expect extreme quiet, it's just something to be aware of! I'd also note that it was the most expensive room we paid for our whole stay in Peru, it cost the same amount for one room/one night here as it did for two rooms/two nights in Cusco. But again, we were paying for the convenience of being near the aiport.

The shuttle system worked very well. Before entering the public arrival area, you told the employee at the TAXI365 counter you had arrived, they called the Holiday Inn, and someone came and walked you through the public airport arrival area directly to the shuttle which took between 5-10 minutes to reach the hotel due to traffic. I also really appreciated the waiters at the hotel's restaurant, especially Dante who was very friendly and attentive during the breakfast buffet. The food was also well prepared, delicious, and plentiful.

Once we got there, everything was easy and perfect. We arrived exhausted, had a nice dinner at the hotel and great shower, comfortable nights rest. Early next day we had very early but complete and wholesome breakfast and easy ride to airport. We couldn't ask for more. Only note of warning: pay attention to the directions about taxi on arrival-- STAY IN AIRPORT! They will call the shuttle. We left and almost got swindled by several aggressive "taxi" men who grabbed suitcases and took us to their car and told us $25 to go to downtown lima because our hotel is there. Wrong. We quickly grabbed everything back and ran back to airport as they followed and tried to haggle taxi fare. Sketchy!

My partner and I were travelling from Australia, so we stayed in this property to break up the journey a little. We arrived late in the afternoon and continued our trip to Quito the following morning. We didn't have enough time to check or use the hotel's facilities, but it was all perfect for what we needed. The room was comfortable and the staff, amazing. We had a cocktail in the bar downstairs and the bartender was great! Loved the location and the transfer from the airport to the hotel too.

Nothing to complain.
