The place is amazing and the hotel/hostel should have at least an average of 9 - 9,3 🤷 Straight at the beach where you can walk along to the town if there is no high tide. Otherwise walk or take a tuktuk for 5 Sole to the center. As it's a mix between hotel and hostel it's not the perfect place to meet and speak to other people as you don't know which of them are backpackers ;) But to chill and relax for sure an amazing place i would go again 🌎😎🙏 Thanks guys 👌

the service was excellent very kind crew, everything was clean and we felt safe, the food was good, and the pool and the view were great. the room was perfect, and the shared restrooms were excellent. I love the activities that the hotel organizes every day, it makes a great and fun experience for the guests. In addition, the dogs and cats were so cute and I saw that the crew took care of the plants.

Don't know why the reviews are that low. I'm not the biggest Selina Fan but this place is awesome in every Aspect! For sure the best place in Mancora.

Bit pricey but its worth it!

great attitude form the staff, always smiling from check in until check out. very helpful when i needed any support, for example helping me find my lost trainers. Paola was great. Adri great guy! Alejandro and the bar staff were great, Angie and Irene always working in the restaurant with a smile on their face! lovely environment. i worked in the restaurant, or library, wifi excellent throughout.

Staff were all fantastic - especially Jesus, Mariana and Alexa that I got the chance to see a lot of. Food and drinks menu was also great and plenty of good seating around the restaurant and pool. Super relaxing teepee rooms.

- Route from bathroom to teepee rooms could have done with small flags to prevent sand getting in the rooms. - Bathrooms could be cleaned more regularly.

The place is nice and have a different spaces to stay around like the library, kitchen, grass, pool.

I didn’t like the share bathroom was not clean. I also didn’t like the fact there are a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom. it would be great if they put an incense to get them away. Finally, I didn’t like the box to keep your things or backpack is in the same bed! I have never seen something like that and the room is very dark, no windows.

Sublime beach hostel / hotel right on the beach. The sunbeds at the pool are of high quality and very comfortable.

Food and services are overpriced. The restaurant and bar are not popular for this reason.

Things get lost easily. Bartenders were very slow with the service.
