Multiple Stays, have previously reviewed. Hotel is clean, quiet, located away from the main drag, but 20 pesos gets you a trike ride to the main shopping "SM" mall and restaurants. Trikes passing by every 2 minutes. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. Bed covering is sheet encased quilt type. Extra pillows and blanket quilt provided at minimal extra charge. Quiet location with a few local restaurants across the street. Breakfast buffet is great. Value is typical for Butuan city where rate competition is minimal and hotel options are few. I would stay here again.

Quiet. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Existing standard pillows and comforter quilt were quite adequate, but for even more comfort staff provided double pillows and additional comforter quilt for minimal cost. Bed and bedding go from 9 to 10 rating. Breakfast was good to excellent. Hotel is located outside of main highway, but there are a couple of restaurants 2 minute walk away. Hotel restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Trikes to shopping district are readily available and 10 to 20 pesos gets you there. Cleaning staff were excellent and regular. Wifi was good and allowed streaming video.

No real complaints, but it is probably about time to replace the rubber shower mats.

Staff uniformed ,polite and helpful . Booked it last minute ,my wife was giving a lecture locally so decided to book a room for the night even though we only live an hour away ,intended to have dinner out and see a film . Hadn't stayed here before ,but certainly will again ,it was a bargain price for two with breakfast 2,300 pesos . Room was excellent ,large very clean fridge walk in shower ,TV coffee making facility , staff excellent,swimming pool a decent size and had all to myself . Decided in the end to have room service ,the food was excellent and plenty of it delivered hot within 15 minutes ,chop suey ,Chinese pancit Canton and sweet and sour pork recommended . Couldn't fault a thing ,breakfast was typical Filipino but it was very nice the best in the area at a hotel I've had ,as an ex pat (UK) would love a full English breakfast but can't have everything lol. Normally go to the almont inland resort down the road ,but it will be a close thing in future ,I highly recommend this hotel ,If there was one issue and it's being very picky ,our view from the window was air con units and roofs ,but who sits in there hotel room staring out of the window ?

It took a couple of room changes. Initial room faced an adjacent poultry farm of roosters (morning noise, natural alarm). However, at my request staff located me to a room on a different wing that was absolutely quiet. This hotel has an air conditioned gym with a universal weight machine which is unusual in the PI, but was much appreciated. The air conditioning is marginal in strength, but still and improvement over open outside air temperatures. The bed and bedding are comfortable. The room is clean. Breakfast was good. Located with plenty of setback from the major street so there is minimal or no street noise while transportation options are readily available from the end of the hotel driveway.

Pool water was green so didn't use. The need better pool service (chlorine balance). Took multiple room changes, one noted above to avoid morning noise from the adjacent rooster farm. And a second room change because of an electrical ground problem (hot ground) at the shower facet. However staff were attentive, friendly and attentive.

Room boys must be use and suppose to used elevator to deliver food room to room, I felt pity for them carrying try full of food passing through stairs to third floor, you fell their heavy breath so pity. They must be honored too they are human.

Great facilities, nice buffet breakfast for guests, nice rooms and the staff plus central location were great. Solid WiFi in rooms. Close to SM mall. Helpful and friendly when asking for advice for getting around city and asking to hire taxis etc.

We like the affordability of the rooms, I've booked 3 rooms for my family and all of them loves it.

Not much, aside from the pool was opened late during the day as the pool was under treatment. When having the time schedule for pool opening ready to use, treatment should and must be done through the night. I basically booked this hotel to 10 of my family member to enjoy the facility but the pool wasn't ready the next morning. Toilet and showers needs a lot of update, no toilet paper was provided.

Breakfast is multiple tables with two huge serving areas to pick a dozen things from. Didn't have orange juice when I went. Room was big and the a/c got really cold if you don't watch it. Very clean.

Crowded when I arrived. Probably more a guest problem than a hotel problem, but they had a convention for teachers. The teachers were rude, cut line to check in constantly, and were loud. If they are teachers, shouldn't they know how to be quiet? Includes room noise. They made lots of noise in the hallways and thru the walls.

centrally located, great service to there customers. A most stay in Butuan if uou like being taken care of.

some TV channels did not work but there was a great variety
