The staff look after you, the island hopping booked through the resort was escorted and managed without being intrusive as was the stay on the island. We were a group of 14 aged between 1 and 71 and we all had a good experience, our tour guide Boyet was never far away and very attentive to the requirements of our group, the Manager Martin was also very helpful and always available.

Would have liked more options food wise particularly at breakfast but overall the food was adequate and well presented.

Good location, beachfront property. Gina was very helpful and tried really hard to help make our stay comfortable. Considering there was a big group ahead of us and they are overworked, tired. I feel for them.

Did not meet my expectation in comparison with the resorts that we stayed for that price range. Needs maintenance, bath/rooms are not clean.

Our stay could be considered pleasant though we didn't expect those we normally experienced in hotels. We have a minor problem when we arrived there as there was already someone in the other room which should be occupied by us. We booked two rooms and while our request to have our rooms beside each other was granted, the hotel staff gave the other room to an earlier walk-in guests so we have to wait for a few hours before we occupy the other room as the guests went on island hopping. The hotel staff was very apologetic and it's enough that he realized his mistake. On the other hand, Rey, the Hotel Manager, was very accommodating and helped us to reserve for a boat to pickup us from the port and back. He even met us at Estancia port and we appreciated all his effort and his patience with us.

The boat trip is way too long, 2hrs from Estancia port. If you want to save some money, you need to get there to take the commercial boat, otherwise, you will end up taking the private boat which is way too expensive.

The location is great, fantastic sunrise and a lot of nature/wildlife

No information was provided in advance about the stay, meaning we missed the one daily ferry and lost a night. I only found out which boat to board, no easy task, by taking the initiative to write multiple messages to the resort, finding out the name of the bot finally while standing in the port. The room was invaded by large groups of ants and other bugs as it was not adequately sealed. I had to battle the them myself using a solution of off lotion and water. The toilet needed cleaning on arrival, the room was never cleaned during our stay, meaning we had to clean it ourselves. The shower was essentially a trickle of cold water, leaving us dangerously unclean after swimming in the sea and leading to skin rashes in unseemly places. One towel was provided for two guests during the whole stay, another requested towel was never delivered. No soap provided, empty bottle of sanitiser in the room. The mattress was very uncomfortable, pillows were hard, cover was actually a repurposed curtain - meaning no decent sleep. The kitchen was extremely basic and dirty, leading to upset stomachs on our first night. We tried to remedy this by preparing our own food in the kitchen, which contained flies, chickens roosting, ducks, dogs, cats and other animals. However, despite all our efforts, the food we prepared using the kitchen and utensils still made us unwell. The staff feed the many monkeys surrounding the property, which lead the monkeys to open trash cans and behave as if they were in charge of the area. One monkey jumped and hissed at my partner, a situation that could have easily escalated, which would have been a disaster, given that the nearest hospital is 1/2 to 1 day away from the resort. Like the room, the area was dirty, with cigarette butts, empty bottles and wrappers, and dog faeces littering the resort and beach.

Absolutely nothing! the photos you show on your website are one of two things 1, they have been photo shopped or they are all pre covid 19 pandemic. The place, the facilities were in a dilapidated state, with little or no maintenance. When we enter the room it smelt as if the room had not been opened for months. The beach was terrible it is completely coved with broken shells and rocks making it almost impossible to walk on, you have definitely got to wear thick sole shoes. As far as the sea is concerned you can only enter at high tide, early in the morning or about 3pm, even when you wade out about 100 meters the water is still only about 1 meter deep, sadly there is very little sandy bottom it is full of rocks and bags of set concrete, looks like someone want to build a sea wall a long time ago and now these bags are scattered all over the beach and in the sea.

I had a reservation for 8 nights but we left after 4 nights we could not tolerate the place any longer, be aware of resorts like this.
