The place itself is nice and comfortable. I have got what I paid for. The gym is Ok, the swimming pool is great. The room with the kitchen is also nice.

At breakfast the staff says what is available and what is not. I noticed others when they ordered their breakfast it wasn't available. Consider putting a board up on the wall for the guests what's available on that particular day so that they know as well.

Room was bigger than expected and had kitchen appliances and utensils which was great! Cleaners we're very polite.

Front desk staff needs more training I think in terms of guest interaction. They lacked the enthusiasm that is expected from client-facing staff. Read other comments from foreigners that customer service was great... Maybe because I am local that's why I got treated differently?

Close to the mall, convenient public transportation. Like kids playing. Did hydroyoga, pool not crowded.

Shower stall needs thorough cleaning and disinfection e.g bleach. Breakfast could be better, variety and should include fruits.

Room had what we needed for the stay (hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer). Air con worked very well. Room and room service was good. reasonable rates for drinking water (and free bottles every day). Room was clean and staff helpful with my issues. Nice pool. Adequate breakfast selection. Free secure underground parking.

It would have been nice if there was a bar in the evening.

It’s always clean, cozy and staff are nice, helpful and polite. Very consistent and high quality service. It’s my go-to place since over 5 years now in so many events—parents coming over, when I need a place to stay for a night or simply when I have staycation opportunities— they never changed.

Just the breakfast options since it’s mostly processed and sugary. Some fresh fruits and veggies would be great.

The staff were really kind and helpful. The room was clean and perfect value for the money. I like the location too, there's a supermarket and mall just around the facility.

Very good rooms, building itself very nice

Swimming pool was half day closed. I booked just because of the pool for my kids, but had to keep my kids away, and explain somehow, that cannot swim.

the property was near banilad town center and there was a 7-11 store nearby, which made it easier to make quick purchases with food and drinks. it also gave easy access to public transportation which made it easier to travel into the city.

nothing with the property itself, but an issue with the room, specifically the bathroom drain. we had a difficult time draining the floor after a bath as the bathroom floor seemed to be uneven which caused small pools of water on the floor. excessive usage of water would lead these pools of water into the room, which would then be additional hassle for the occupants of that room. everything else was okay.

Comfort, and friendly helpful staff. Cleanliness in general.

Very dangerous to cross the multiple roads to get to the other side to shop and eat. The.aircon in 308 our room was not cooloing the room enough and at times would shut itself off.

the staff, cleanliness and the swimming pool were all good. breakfast was great too. everything we needed was provided and it was close to the shops and airport.

the rooms are noisy and you can hear all noise from the street making it difficult to sleep
