The staff and location were great.

A deluxe room with no hot water. The facility is in disrepair and run down. The staff are excellent. The owner needs to step up and invest in the property.

Coffee - even though it was just instant coffee. They used brown sugar. The beach. At first glance, it wasn't really that inviting. But once you get in the water during low tide, it was fine.

First off, our room was double booked. So the staff told us that she would put us in a temporary room, and then we would move to the actual room we reserved the following day. We asked the staff how they plan to compensate us for that issue and inconvenience. She said they would normally do complimentary breakfast. However, breakfast was already included in our booking. So she said she would check with the owner about lunch/dinner instead. Now, in regards to our temporary room-- the room smelled like it hadn't been opened in a long time. As soon as she opened the door, you could smell the unpleasantness. The A/C worked, but it was very dirty; our bedsheets were also not fitted properly on the bed and had black stains on them; the bathroom doorknob looked like it was going to detach from the door if you pulled it; no exhaust in the bathroom; bathroom drain was very rusty and kept popping out of the ground. The main door of our room also swings out, so you can't put any type of security measures. Anyway, the following morning, we followed up on our requests. We were told that the owner denied any complimentary lunch/dinner for the inconvenience of double-booking our room. The staff also told us that there's nobody that can cook the lunch/dinner anyway because they only have her running the place. So she was the receptionist, cleaner, and cook (for breakfast only). So until she's ready to make breakfast, nobody eats. The breakfast by the way was very greasy-- egg was cooked in butter (margarine); bacon was swimming in grease; corned beef was swimming in fat. At this point, we were so exhausted from our drive to the property and activities, we didn't even care anymore. Our booking was non-refundable, so we just sucked it up and eagerly waited for the day we check out. It was very disappointing because the resort was actually in an okay location.

The hotel itself and bad service, have tv but cannot be open aircon instead cool it become very warm and hot so only electric fan in the room. Were sleeping constructing at the back of our room. Very worst beach resort ever. No fridge no kettle hot water for coffee or tea need to pay each cup.
