The staff were sp friendly and always willing to help. Other reviews mentioned weak air-conditioning but the one in our room was quite new and worked very well. It was close to everything, all the tours were able to pick us up directly at the hotel

The bidet leaked but staff were happy to help find a temporary solution. There are loud roosters nearby, but our family staying in another room didn't hear them

Nice hotel walking distance from the center, walking distance from the pier for all boat activities and 5 minutes away from the sea port. 20 minutes from airport. Staff at reception exceptional. Breakfast served at top roof level was nice too. Spacious room. Clean shower and good facilities.

Maybe they could give you details of the area you are at which is all walking distance, Wi-Fi was not reachable from our room. They should improve on this.

If you happen to get adjoining rooms, audibility is very good If you order transfer to airport, be aware that it's shared van, so it can take more time to pick up all passengers, so allow more time for it. But airport is very, very small, so it's very quick

The location, the AC was good, the bed is comfortable, nice view from the up terrace. Close to a store and an ice cream place. They did our laundry as well.

Conjoined rooms so you can hear the guests in the other room through the doors. But the staff was super nice and moved us into a room where there was no guests in the other room.

Staff - Rose Ann and her supervisor were accommodating to our needs Perfect Location - infront of Convenience store and restaurants, along the highway and walking distance town center. Viewdeck - every breakfast, you have this awesome view of Coron in their viewdeck.

Clean comfortable room, good location, short walk to the main restaurants. Shower was great and big in size. We read a lot of reviews about the wifi being bad, but it appears they have fixed it as it worked perfectly while we were there.

We stayed in queen room which was spacious and nice. Basic but nice brekfast with a fantastic view

Patchy wifi. We weren’t asked to pay for the stay at check in or check out. Got a call when at the airport that we forgot to pay for the room. It would have been easier if staff took payment on arrival.

The facilities are very clean. The lady receptionist and the grave yard staff are very accommodating and they always smiling. The breakfast is also good. They are very helpful and recommended where we can have a very good places to visit.

Queen room is kinda big but the window type AC is not enough to cool the room. They need to replace it with 1.5 or 2HP window type or split type AC
