I like the size of the room. Spacious enough for a low hotel price. The beds are good. TV, cabinet, tables, lights, surroundings.. they are all good. Breakfast was served in the room. We had egg and fish fillet and coffee. Twas all good. Free 2 bottles of water were in the room We're located at the ground floor. Very convenient.

I didn't like the bathroom. Too narrow for me. Hard to move around. Plus, the shower in our room is also broken. The trash bin wasn't emptied when we arrived too. Faucet at the sink looks broken too as it is covered/filtered with cloth. Mahina din yung tubig. Took us long to find this hotel as wre using google map lang.

The staff are nice and friendly!the beds are comfortable!bathroom are also clean! With hotwater and bidet!bedroom is clean with wall fan and aircon! Ptravels and ticketing services highly recommend this hotel for everyone who will visit gensan!!

The location is a bit far from city.but transportation very accesible

Overall it’s good, clean, staff are helpful, the breakfast is ok. The only problem is the location, it takes time for us to locate the place.

There should be signage on the main street showing an arrow to enter the secondary road where it is located.

Staff members were so friendly and supportive . I couldn't say about their diligence of work and excellent customer services . Very poor water supply specially during day time. They should improve in this matter because water for shower and etc.are very essentials specially during summer time. I have to save water in a pail before using the shower room or the toilet.

The location is just a bit walking distance from the highway. Anyways, I still enjoyed my stay there and will be back again.

minor repair in the comfort room especially the toilet bowl in room 2...hot and cold shower in every room should be a priority since you have a very cold water supply in the area. but all in all our stay is worth. Thank you so much RSG Microtel Staff. Continue that way. God bless you more guests.

What I like the most is their room. It was spacious and clean. The staff were also very accommodating; breakfast were served quick and delicious.

Everything was okay but when we checked out, the front desk was not open even if in their description says that front desk is open 24/7. Well, we did leave around 1am (quite understandable that they might be close), but we gave a head's up that we will be checking out at that time... Nevertheless, everything was great!

I like the Room and the Balcony

I like the Place because it's quiet . Clean and good value for the money .Good location. Only need to fix the hot and cold shower 🚿 I like to have a warm water when I shower.

Very affordable and location is accessible. Plus free breakfast fits the price.

Shower heater is not working or probably no supply. Also, shower water pressure is very slow. Had to use pail and dipper.

The staff is very accommodating and helpful.

Just a suggestion, maybe you can improve the room fro family to put a washing machine atleast.
