Location- the resort is in the middle of nowhere. For any small thing, you need to get a cab to go outside for like 20 mins. Food options- not bad, could be better There was a weird declaration you need to sign anytime you get any food item from outside the resort, that you will not hold the resort responsible for feeling sick. Someone must have sued them in the past or something. That was quite a weird experience for me. That was the only quirk.

The facilities are outstanding, our little one loved the kids play area. Staff and management very open to negative feedback and act quickly to resolve problems.

Speed of service was an issue. Once had to fetch my own drinks 20 minutes later after ordering from the pool. Room service takes 40 minutes to an hour for things like side dishes or hotdogs which take minutes to make, and items often forgotten. We waited more than an hour for 2 margarita pizzas at the sports bar (we were one of only 3 tables there). In fairness we complained about all this after 2 days and we were given very special treatment for the rest of our stay.

The room is great, large balcony facing the pool and the sea. The staff is really lovely and pro. The building is normal for this category and everything is super clean. The pool is great, and there's animations. The food is a very complete buffet for the dinner and it's good, even it's dedicated to Coreans and Chineses.

Well, the menu at the pool bar is terrible. Only burgers, not that good, and few meals, quite expensives for frozen food. Totally disappointing to see that there's no kids menus ! Nos pastas. The last point is the beach : it's an artificial one and very small, don't dream to swim. It's very far from the city, the last position facing Cebu.

The interior of the hotel is very pretty, and the infinity pool. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The staff greet us with a smile every morning and evening. The location is also very close to the airport. There’s a shopping centre also near the hotel. There’s also a lot of fun activities we did inside like playing ping-pong. There’s a Beach access just right in front of the hotel with beach beds and umbrella. The place is perfect spot for sunsets, especially the pool perfect for Instagram photos.

The pool is just too warm to swim during the day and even at night time. We came and stay during summer season, so the weather is already hot and so swimming in a warm pool is not very ideal. But we still did swim tho despite it being warm.

The lobby and pool area are the crowning glory of the hotel. I wish there was an easier way to enjoy some cocktails by the pool though. I liked the active energy of the hotel. I think the scheduled activities and sports contributed to this.

The sports bar beside the pool didn't have much of pleasant ambience, it was too noisy with guests hogging the karaoke. The quality of the rain-shower head and the toiletries didn't leave much to be desired. The gym was left with used glasses of shakes left on the racks (this was at 7am). The floor matting was also uneven and might needed replacement already.

Gorgeous resort hotel. Stunning reception area and infinity pool. Good food and varied choices. Very nice rooms and good gym. Very polite staff.

Got convinced to go on an overpriced boat trip even though the weather wasn't right from it. There isn't much to explore on the peninsula, so this is really a hotel where you just stay and enjoy the hotel. Comparing to other hotels in the area, it is expensive. Welcoming staff especially the front desk and the lobby people. It’s suppose to be fancy, it has a big swimming pool and a relaxing ambiance.

They sacrifice functionality by being too fancy. The handheld shower sprayed all over the place as it did not sit well in its holder. The bathroom grouts were dirty. The waitresses did not know what are the food the was unavailable because they had to renovate the kitchen. They had to come back 3 different occasions to tell us that most of our orders were not available. Someone asked one of them what time the pool will open and they did not know. We had to wait for our food for almost an hour. Jackhammer noise was way too loud. I can keep going but you get the jest of what im saying. Truly i did not want to say all the bad things that i did cause i want to give them a good review but it was just a disappointment.

The resort is beautiful and well designed. he highlights was the pool and open lobby. The room that we received was average and although they said had water view, it was an older tower.

The location was not the greatest as there is NOTHING that you can really walk to and is at the far tip of the island. I like the open lobby, but given the temperature is hot and the price of rooms, I would have expected that they would have served a cold refreshing drink when you arrived to check in. The free parking was nice as we rented a car to drive around the island.

A beautiful and well appointed resort, with multiple restaurants & cafes to enjoy. We were kindly upgraded to a king bed seaview room on check in by the lovely staff. Rooms were in excellent condition with super comfortable beds. Loved all the poolside entertainment by the wonderful staff.

Location isn't ideal, not really any places to see when wandering around on foot; however there is a free shuttle from the hotel to Robinson's at multiple times & hotel staff can easily call you a taxi so not a deal breaker. Hotel perfume in the lobby and hallways was very intense. Made some in our group feel sick, although it was a nice scent, it was very heavy.

Dusit was an amazing stay as I went here for 2 nights alongside my partner. Firstly I'd like to shoutout Ruth, Zee and Leo for their amazing service, they were so welcoming, kind and showed fantastic customer service throughout our stay. We found the resort to be incredibly big with plenty of things to do to pass time, as I had the opportunity to snorkel for the first time out on the beach area. The pool is very nice, long and well maintained, with lots of tanning chairs to relax in the shade and sun. We signed up to the Club Lounge experience which included the buffet breakfast, high tea and drinks in the evening. This was very much worth it and you end up saving a lot of money compared to buying the food and drinks separately without this discount, so I highly recommend this option. We were able to get a nice couple of workouts in the gym as well, with their being enough equipment to complete a competent workout routine with what was available. Although the flooring wasn't the greatest, and a lack of wet wipes to wipe down the equipment after use, that didn't attract from the overall experience. Finally the room we stayed in had a very lovely view of the Cebu sea and resort. The bed was big and comfortable, and the air conditioning had lots of options for temperatures, my only complaint being it was a little too close to where the visitors sleep. The bathroom and balcony areas were also really nice and clean. Overall Dusit deserves its 5/5 rating and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would come back to relax here in a heartbeat.
