I like that all the staff are really very friendly and approachable. Even the kitchen and diner staff are very warm and friendly. The guards also are polite and willing to assist. Excellent service.

Honestly, everything is a bit outdated. Nowadays the price Fersal charges per day is equivalent to a staycation in a condominium complete with the newest facilities, kitchen, netflix. Hot and cold shower that is functional, swimming pool, utensils inside the condo, etc. The gem of this hotel are the staff. ❤️

The facility is well maintained. Linens and pillows smell good while entire corners of the room are sparkling clean. The aircon is functioning properly and it has a cold and hot shower. They provided us with toiletries, laundry bags, towels and slippers. Inside the room it has a frigde, electric thermos and also several glasses and cups with saucers for coffee.

It’s very minor. The toilet doesn’t have a bidet but it has a dipper instead.

They have spacious rooms. We are a family of four. I love the fact that there is a separate room where couples can have privacy while the children stay at the main room. The price is affordable, given that it is inclusive of breakfast (plated). Its proximity to the malls make it a nice location.

Everything inside the hotel is nice. Unfortunately, the sound of vehicles outside can disrupt a peaceful night at the hotel.

The staff are the gem in this property. They are all very friendly, polite, and they will always greet guests with a smile. I also like that the room smells goooood and the linens and sheets are clean. The breakfast selection there is also decent. I also like that it is near the malls.

Just the television, slow (to moderate) wifi connection and the hot shower that doesnt work sometimes.

The staffs are very accommodating and very nice. The room is spacious. The aircon is doing its work. the bed is comfy. It was an overall nice stay. The breakfast is nice too. Glad that it's near the Araneta. Very convenient.

The wifi is fast but keeps cutting off. I couldn't hold a proper zoom call or google meet call because it keeps disconnecting. It's frustrating for someone who needs to work.

The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast is simple and enjoyed it as long as there is rice :) The location quite good and a bit walk to malls. The price is practical for short term stays.

The facilities are very limited on this property. There are not so many channels to choose on the tv. The breakfast is plated and not buffet.

The staff were very accommodating. The location is accessible to the malls and restaurants, fast food.

The place needs some renovation. Some bookings of rooms have no free breakfast. When Booking on line, your choices are limited, extension of stay should be booked at the hotel, not on line.

The ambiance makes you sleepy and comfortable. The staffs were nice too!

We can hear the noises outside like if someone is walking in the hallway, if the other room drops something we can hear it too. We even think that if we talk the next room or outside - it can be heard.

Staff are great especially Jane, she gave us the info that we need. Her good personality makes us more comfortable.

A wider door at the entrance and also, the management needs to fix those leaks, too weird to see those pales/bins at the stairs and hallway.

I like the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom. How next time they have hot water on it. I like how the staff treat the guests especially the guards who even carried my things to the room without even telling them to do it. Very helpful. I will definitely stay here again if they will allow kids below 15years old. Hopefully .

I didn't like the breakfast tho. The fried rice is full of oil and it's sticky already . I didn't eat it . :( . And the hotdog is so dry even the boiled egg is well cooked . Coz mostly it should be sunny side up or poached egg to be matched with the hotdog so there will be blend in moisture and taste. Hope they will do something better with the complimentary breakfast so that guest won't throw it and hotel will not waste effort and money out of it.
