The space of the room is okay. The lighting and coolness were superb. I am happy that there is free drinking water assigned to each floor. No need to buy outside. Also, having a Holy Bible inside the room is excellent. I love it. Thank you.

Actually, not that I don't like it, but this was just a suggestion. I would like to suggest that you can add some freshener to each room and CR. I just notice a few molds inside the shower room. Maybe you can use some cleaning hacks like vinegar and baking soda that you can to your cleaning materials for a shiny and good smell that stays for a longer period.

the location convinced

All good..but the security of the place,,, we have a situation like our 2nd to the last stay in the hotel we are worried someone follow us in the elevator and we thought it’s the same floor but he didn’t push his floor level and we are scared after that we wait until we he leave coz we are looking at him and he go in elevator and pick another floor, we inform the front desk regarding what happened . That was a little bit odd and scary somehow for the guy. That’s why we go even we still have 1 night remaining.

Central location.

No hot drinking water facility (means also no cups), no water dispenser ( means you need spent extra to buy bottled drinking waters daily), and also no in-room food policy ( means you can only dine in the designated common area or risk being fined) are all a big turn off. Every time I need a cup of hot coffee or snack, I need to walk out, hence making it more of a dormitory hostel style than a hotel proper. I find it very inconvenient.

Clean rooms, very polite staff, free water from dispenser and location was perfect.

There were damages to the wall in one room and mold on the shower wall. Parking is very difficult when full, even PWD parking is not available to use when no one was parked (we are PWD’s). At one point only one elevator was working, although the staff quickly assisted us when we called. We would gladly take the stairs but we were intimidated by the sign that said there was an activated alarm, which the staff confirmed does not work.

I chose this Hotel for its dollar value, location and provided the basics ( wi-fi , air con , separate CR and shower cable and in room safe) 24 hr. desk and security. All of this seemed like a very good deal for the price i was quoted for a 25 day stay. To be honest i had zero expectations and was hopeful i made a good choice. Let me say the staff and security are some of the most polite and friendly people you could ask for :) The room provided everything as presented online including a comfy queen bed . perfect for a solo traveler. The location provides an insane about of places to eat in a 10 block radius in all directions and all types of foods you can think of. the list is just too long to post it all. Be prepared to put on a few pounds if your staying for a length of time. Plenty of Banks, money exchanges and huge shopping malls all close by. overall a great location to just hang out and stay close or easy to grab a taxi and go explore.

East access to all establishment, Staff are friendly and accommodating. My room is clean and smells good. Kudos to all staff. Fast wifi.

Room towels are kind of old, no slippers inside of the room.

The room was clean, A/C and tv worked well. I liked that the shower & toilet were separated. The staff were courteous, friendly, and responsive to our requests. I want to give a special thanks to their front desk staff for giving us the right information & for their assistance whenever we need it.

It would be nice to have a hot water kettle in the room so that we don't have to ask for hot water daily. The towels were old and need to be replaced with new ones. There were no chairs in the room. The WiFi signal in our room is not stable; it goes on and off.

GoHotels Timog has always been and will always be a first choice for me when am in Metro Manila. The location is very near to restos and bars and entertainment joints. The staff and most of all the security guys are very helpful and good mannered.

i like it as it is.. even if i am forced to go out for some food or eats in wee hours..the area is well lighted and one feels secure walking the streets

Expect

Most staff never failed to greet you wherever you are in the hotel-- lobby, elevator, outside the hotel. Though there were a few who didn't, it's okay. The hotel smells good; I loved the instrumental songs played there. The place is strategically placed.

I am not sure if there wasn't any amenity kit like the toothpaste, toothbrush, and a small comb, but I wish there was.
