This was a convenient stopover between my flight from Cebu and my return flight to Australia. In that respect, it fulfilled all my requirements. Friendly staff, and a friendly neighbourhood. The market was awesome and so busy.
Not really an issue, just a would be nice to have. And that would be a kettle and tea and coffee and cups in the room.

It was close to the airport.
The location isn't safe.. as we arrived at night, we encountered some people in the street who made us feel unsafe. The aircon was noisy There was a space between the door and the frame which can allow anyone from outside to see inside the room. The bed was very hard and noisy, we couldn't sleep well. The water heater wasn't working .

I did not notice that I booked a room without a window (check it before). The walls are thin, and you can hear everything coming from outside. During our stay, there were some noises that were making us awake.
