It was situated conveniently near Quiapo Church, the Underpass (mygod so many things to buy), pharmacies, convenient stores etc. The room is simple but very much to our liking. Staff is very kind. Wifi is strong

We were in the 7th floor and the traffic noises can be heard albeit in a muffled volume. TV channels are either static or very unclear, which is not really bad for us coz we had our phones.But overall the cons are not really noticeable and not a big deal.

The staff are accomodating and friendly. I also like the location because it is very close to shopping centers, fast food chains, pharmacy and close to other attractions within Manila.

The only thing that I didn’t like during my stay was the television. Channels are very few and reception was too bad that you couldn’t even recognize the shows. Also, the tv is connected to wifi but the YouTube app isn’t working at all. So, I never got the chance to use it in my entire stay. The room as well was lacking of areas in both room and bathroom where you can hang your clothes.

The bed is very comfy,very nice to relax even though you can hear the bus jeep etc.

It's not that I don't want it, but the bathroom is a little bad because the water on the floor doesn't drain into the sink, but the flush is broken, so the water continues

No towels when I checked in. I asked for towels every day, finally got it on the 4th day. Paid for 10days of food service but food were delivered so late and were cold and dry, sometimes no food at all. wifi was great at first, then after a few days, like day 5, you can't browse anymore. Room is really small, just a bed and you can't walk around the side, space is so small. no chair. no fridge/microwave in the facility, small cockroaches in the bathroom (worst).

The online issue of Official receipt of payment is a big joke. Two previous stays Did not send any receipts as earlier promised.

There is no available dispenser/kettle for hot or cold water. Provisioning of such will be ideal.

Very accesible sa mga pinuntahan namin and LRT station.

Nawalan ng tubig for a day. We need to ask pa for water para makaligo and stuff.

The property was in a good location. I stayed for 1 night to run some errands near the area. Overall I had a comfortable stay. The room and bathroom are clean and tidy. They have limited amenities so better bring your personal slippers and toiletries. The staff was friendly too. I am satisfied with my stay.

Friendly and accomodating staff, new facilities, near to estsblishments. It's really worth the money, wifi is very fast - clean room, spa at the 2nd floor is good try it.
