I love that they have birthday greetings and cake for my husband. I also like that the room has washing machine with dryer because you can go home without carrying wet clothes. I also love the pool at it has the exact ft deep for 5ft me.

They are not a pet friendly property. At first, I dont like them pulling out the carpet because we have pets when we are already checked in the room. I hope they did that before we enter the room. I also dont like that we paid 1,500 each pet per day but they wont allow in common area. And you cant leave them in the room as they might scratch the door if left alone. We are already ready to cancel our stay because of it but I was grateful they’ve adjusted and allowed us on the common area. This is a lesson learned for me as well to call first the property and check rules before we booked.

Booked a 1BR room for a surprise bridal shower. It was a full accommodation during that time and surprisingly we were upgraded to a bigger room which made our gift for our friend more beautiful, comfortable, and memorable. Reception staff are all accommodating and are considerate with our small requests specially for our celebrant. Rooms are all clean and has spacious dinning, receiving area, toilet & bath and a separate kitchen (which is great). Complete with cooker, oven, complimentary dishwashing liquid and all basic kitchen stuff you'll need. Perfect place for a small celebration.

First of all, everything was clean. I loved that the property wasn’t heavily scented. The room had everything we could possibly need. There were appliances that would be perfect for a family on vacation and/or on a budget; there was a rice cooker, microwave, fridge, washer and dryer, and even a water dispenser. On the fourth floor, there’s a gym with a window so you can keep an eye on your kids in the play room.

There’s something for everyone at the breakfast buffet, but it could use some improvement.

Wow, what a fantastic stay we had at Somerset Alabang! Our family had an amazing time from start to finish. The staff's exceptional service, combined with a touch of humor, made our experience truly unforgettable. The concierge and staff members were always there, ready to assist with anything we needed. Kudos to the lifeguard who went above and beyond to help us snag a breakfast table. Who knew a lifeguard could be such a breakfast hero? They definitely deserve a medal for their multitasking skills!

Now, let's talk about the bathroom... As much as we appreciated the beautiful facilities, there was an unexpected twist each time we flushed the toilet. It seemed like a secret signal to let everyone know we were using the loo! To be honest, it added an element of suspense and laughter to our trip. It's like our very own 'Smell-o-Meter' was in action! 🌬️💨

The Somerset staff make you feel welcomed the second you arrive. Checking in is always a breeze. The hotel is modern, clean and professional. I love that the lobby is always orderly and that the toilets are cleaned almost hourly (the folded toilet paper triangles show their attention to detail). All of the Somerset staff are friendly, acknowledge you and make you feel at home. The apartments come with everything that you need in a home away from home. The pool is a little oasis that is the perfect zone for quality time with loved ones, a work meeting, zoom calls or simply relaxing with soft jazz tunes in the background. The restaurant overlooks the pool and is a picturesque meal spot. The gym has been thoughtfully designed with all the right equipment for a proper workout. This is our second stay at Somerset we love it that much and we will definitely stay here again.

The buffet breakfast is an included bonus, however some more variety each morning would make it even better.

Really loved how clean and big the 1 bedroom I got for my 2 weeks stay in the Philippines. As a food content creator, I was really glad the kitchen was wonderfully lit so I can shoot my cooking videos there. There was also a washer-dryer that I used every day! I only brought a few clothes with me so it was a really big help to have that. The breakfast was always great with a mix of Filipino and international dishes! When I needed a weighing scale to weigh my baggage, they sent me a really big weighing scale! They were always so helpful and quick. Definitely recommend to stay here especially if you have friends or family members with you. They will be WOWed!

The rooms were always cleaned in the morning! Staff were always attentive and greeting the clients with their warm smile. The main ‘ulam’ for breakfast changes every day. I missed pinoy food and it tasted like home. I initially booked only a week with them but extended for another week even though I already paid another hotel in Pasay during my 2-week stay in the Philippines because I really loved the service provided.

On my first day, there was a power outage and I was moved to another room. But everything was settled and the staff were so apologetic. I really appreciated that! If you also booked a room on the lower floors, the noise from Filinvest Tent during holidays and weekends play until midnight. I booked a room for my aunt and uncle in the upper floor, noise cannot be heard there.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional throughout. They remembered our names and the children's too! Kitchen facilities in the suite were excellent and the room(s) large, light and clean. The gym, pool and child’s play area were well appointed. Has a quiet boutique feel. We are very familiar with the area and the hotel is well located close to many malls, supermarkets, restaurants, fast food outlets and has easy access to main highways.

Not much too say here but WiFi a little limited in the room with patchy coverage but still ok. Some may find breakfast thin on options but we found it lined up well with being simple focusing on minimizing waste. Loved the Tocino!!

We booked three 2-bedroom suites for a wedding preparation. We are a total of 12 pax. We like that the hotel is wedding preparation friendly. Great and modern facilities that will look good on pictures.

Upon check-in, one of our rooms was not available at 2pm (check-in time). It only became available at 3pm. Since our rooms are all at different floors, our photographers, hmua and coordinators had a slight problem moving from floor to floor since the elavator needs an access card. However, the receptionists are all accommodating to punch in their access cards instead.

Very nice decor and overall property atmosphere. Extraordinary service from an exceptional staff! Property’s location to shopping was outstanding. Absolutely loved the view from the 21st floor! Many thanks to staff members, Ross, Jerry, Chris, in addition to the reception desk staff, just to name a few. The entire staff ensured that our needs were taken care of daily and for that we are especially grateful.

The breakfast buffet was well above average but, keeping the foods warm could use a little attention. For example, the waffles and pancakes were not kept warm at all. A warming tray or heat lamp for those items wouldn’t be a bad idea. The food choices overall were great.
