Location and friendly staff

Air-conditioning unit is too loud

The hotel is accessible. The rooms are clean and organized.

The airconditioning is quite old thus the room is not that cold, especially when there were 7 of us people in the living room area of our hotel room. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The staff was great and friendly. They made sure I eat beeakfast even though I usually leave early to my conference as they also provide breakfast.

The air conditioner wasn't functioning well. The room was not that cold.

Location is great since its near my target place, breakfast is good but can be better, not much in terms of flavor but enough to get you through the day

Initially wifi was not working due to change in their system password, but they fixed it eventually,cable tv not working.

The best location if if you have some business to do around ADMU. The staff were nice.

The standard double room I had needs a new mattress, ironed sheets & new towels. The wall mount TV needs a new rack that faces the bed & not side ways. No hairdryer. Poor wifi connection.

One of the staff was very unapologetic. There was an inconvenience with the payment. They got my card no and said that it would automatically be credited but at the end of the stay they wanted to settle it face to face. The problem is that I had work and it was very hassle. Customer service was very very poor. They should train their staff well. The air-conditioning was not functioning very well in the first room they prepared. It was suffocating. I had to complain so that we can transfer to another room. We wanted to cancel the reservation and transfer to another hotel but they offered a better room. It was good but not very nice. There was only 1 personnel in the night for everything. he was also assigned in the front des.We had a hard time lifting the luggages.

Will never go back to this hotel again!!

All of it!!! Very old the price is too expensive for the place, old broken airconditioning even we were moved twice, floor tiles is coming off, Stinky room, shower is very bad - no exhaust, old sink and taps, shower taps no handle to open, shower head have 3 water wholes that work, can’t regulate the water temp,no windows to see outside world hahaha, bugs, landline phone not working,buffet breakfast cold!!!Even the location is close to ateneo there are way better than this accomodation. The management needs to do a lot for this place.
