The view!!! Sounds of waves! Wind! ..ocean breeze!...It is next to the water..(no sandy beach) staff are good..location is far from noisy night life...I loved it!..waking up early is a loving life exercise!. ❤️

If I may...Lights on the balcony are .too obtrusive to relax at night on the balcony/grounds and enjoy the ocean/night. Very low level lights would be better or let the guests control it...it would be fantastic if you do. Property has fantastic.security cameras..so...dimmer lights are ok...Also, it would be better if the screen windows are stronger for guests to keep windows open at night and .enjoy the ocean breeze.and feel secure...less AC usage too!! ...few ideas here and there..but otherwise..just a great place to get away...take a book!🙏🏿

Superbly furnished, very spacious, clean and comfortable room, with an amazing close ocean view make for an unforgettably lovely memorable experience. Its tropical landscaping are as perfect as its phenomenal grand architecture. The individual villas and huge rooms are far more special than any hotel room. There's a small barbecue pit area overlooking the ocean, most convenient for guests in the big white house. and perfect if prepared with groceries. The staff, manager, and owner were most gratefully very accommodating, even helping arrange transportation from the ferry to the island and to the resort. (Thank you for all of that, Blue Crystal Beach Resort.) The price is amazingly fair. For a young couple on a romantic getaway, guests especially with their own transportation, and for anyone needing a serene Zen retreat, this must be the island's most ideal resort.

The beach is too rocky for wading; not a place for swimming. The restaurant on the second floor requires climbing such steep steps to enter, it's too risky for older guests and not conducive for spontaneous guest socializing. The waitress hospitality training could use a refresher. There is no lobby, cafe, or bar on the ground level convenient for guests to enjoy socializing. There are no amenities nearby, no convenience store or other cafes or anything within walking distance. Without ones' own transportation, one is dependent on paying drivers for each and every outing. The entire experience, therefore, is one of isolation in a setting so awesomely quiet, beautiful, and grand, it is breathtaking and awe-inspiring, not to be missed, even if for one night. I'd definitely love to return.

The Hotel is right on the water front. The staff were very attentive and informative and the breakfast and meals we had at the hotle were excellently prepared. It is a nice place to just chill out rather than be in a bustling town or beach. There is no real beach at the hotel and on the days we were there it was windy and access to the water is not easy through the rocky inshore. However it is well sited to visited to Sabang Town/Beach and Puerto Galera itself for 200 peso each way (the hotel can call you a ride), where from Muelle Pier you can get a boat ride to Snorkel the Coral Gardens and Giant Clams. We also visited White beach a 400 peso ride away.

Nothing really it was a nice quiet place which is what we wanted.

One of the best places we stayed in the Philippines. Location - right on the beach. Beautiful landscaping and , trees and flowers. Swimming pool with a view. Good size room with sea view, nice bathroom, kitchen section. Terrace will comfortably chairs. Lots of drinking water. Good breakfast and delicious lunch and dinner on second floor with a lovely view. Personal amazing! In addition motorcycle rental and massage on the premises.If I add Mediterranean architecture of the buildings - what else can be better?

The day we have to leave… But of course the transportation to the ferry was arranged by the hotel.

If you want to see the sunrise, this place is the best. You'll have your private sunrise as soon as you open the door. It's like a ferry tale. The resort is surrounded by a wonderful tropical garden and has in front the greatest ocean. No beach, but with a little care, you can swim nonetheless. The owner was very helpful in solving my air conditioner problem (even from Japan, THANK YOU), as well as Michelle and Melody, which were just great. I thank them all for being so friendly and helpful. I came with Manila vibes and left with Phillipines vibes because there are indeed 2 countries, there is Manila, and there are The Phillipines. Very good, helpful, and kind people live in The Phillipines. Wonderful scuba diving near the resort, Dive Dao. Please just do yourself a favour and change that old, antique air conditioner and the old furniture. You deserve 4 stars, but ...

What we like most about this resort are the staff. They are very friendly, accomodating and all-smiling. They attended to our needs quickly and courteously. The food was great as well, though it was a bit pricey, fell inlove with the chicken chopsuey.😋❤️ The place was superb if you want a homey feel away from the bustling city life. Perfect to unwind, relax and recharge. We enjoyed swimming at the pool and taking a lot of photos😍

Location is far from the central location of Puerto, hence transportation is costly if you don't have your car. Beach is very rocky, it hurts even to walk on it and almost always high tide. Didn't get to enjoy much the beach area.

Quiet & relaxing location, far away from crowds and nightlife. Beautiful sunrises, access to sea, though rocky and no real beach here, as well as pool, green lawns, and shade from many trees. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site. Easy to arrange for trike or scooter rental though staff.

Our beautiful room was a second floor room with large balcony looking out over the sea. Unfortunately, bright balcony lights were on all night. Also, we were below roof-top water tank and pump, and the pump was very loud. Air conditioner was effective, but loud.

The room was better than expected. Good communication with the people working there, very available and excessively friendly and caring. Very comfortable room with view on the sea, all was very clean. The area was safe and calm with a balcony and places you can sit to appreciate the sea. All was perfect. We had a very good stay in this resort. The restaurant of the hotel was good and tasty with lots of choice.

Blue Crystal Beach Resort in Puerto Galera is a fantastic and affordable place to stay, providing excellent value for your money. Surrounded by nature, it offers the soothing sound of waves and a prime location by the ocean, between the white beach and the pier Additionally, the resort boasts a delightful pool and an outdoor seating area with a stunning sea view. Though the food may be a bit pricey, the diverse menu ensures plenty of options for a satisfying stay.

One drawback I experienced was the lack of food and other needs nearby, a trip to the city or beach was always necessary. Another downside was the Wi-Fi situation. Instead of a dedicated router, they provide a portable Wi-Fi dongle on request, which can be unreliable at times.

We stayed there for five days. Great place for relaxing. Just next to the sea in a super comfortable environment. The view and the sunset are beautiful from the room terrace. The staff were also great, they helped us with everything. Please keep on smiling, it was super cool 🤗 Overall we were very satisfied when it was time to go.

The network connection speed in the whole island is not good, just an average of 5-10 Mb. So, for example online work might be challenging. Also, since the resort was not built yesterday, the facilities (swimming pool, AC, hot shower etc.) are also not brand new anymore. But they still work, no problem with that.
