The washing machine did not work. We had to hand wash.

the swimming pool, beach front rooms, the garden… the external of the property is well maintained. the view is very calming. the staffs are really friendly and helpful.

the quadruple room Ac is not working the other bed was place in the living room with a ceiling fan that blows warm air. when we complained about the Ac one staff told us that it is cold when he checked the room and the AC was set to 29 degrees. it seems like the Ac is only .75HP and not working properly that’s why it doesn’t keep the room cold. they replaced it with older Ac after almost 2hrs. my sister in law came back to the and still not working. later that night they have to moved all the furnitures so that they can put the other mattress inside the room because it’s boiling hot. Then their sink drainage is clogged and maintenance didn’t fix it. The problem in our room is the sink, once you open the tap the water goes straight to the floor because it is not connected to any pipes so the floor is always flooded, same with the shower area the drainage is clogged as well Then they’re trying to charged me for 2 bfast which is included on one of the rooms I booked. Whoever is handling their booking.com act didn’t pass on all the details about my reservation that’s why I sat at the restaurant explaining everything and I have to show them my booking confirmation a few times.

The $70 room doesn't even have soap or shampoo. rednecks

Staff, Senery, Comfort

No WiFi in room, poor Air Conditioning, Furniture Uncomfortable

The place itself is really nice because it is literally by the beach. Most rooms, if not all, are sea view.

A number of cons...(1) there were two KTVs running [one at the restaurant and another at the gazebo]--so not your kind of quiet getaway, esp when you want to relax by the sound of the waves, (2) no free water or anything else in the room [just towels], (3) the AC was not working so the handyman had to replace with another which was running okay but the max was maybe about 25°, (4) on our first day, we were so hungry because it was a super busy day at the docks...we were only able to arrive around past 4pm and we only had siomai in the morning...there was an event at the restaurant, guests were eating and served buffet...when we were trying to order food, we were told they are not serving other customers yet...we even said we're so hungry but they dismissed us...so we had to go out of the property and find ourselves a place to eat...later in the day, we found out the property doesn't own the restaurant...no other drinks served as well so we just had beer. On our last day, it was already past 7am, I was looking to order coffee but the restaurant was still closed. The other disappointment was that it was the restaurant staff who were mostly around...you had to find the property staff when you need them.

Rous, put soap and shampoo in the room. don't be a redneck

there are a lot of mice in the room. they even open bottles of oil. it's a shame for that kind of money

absolutely beautiful settling the gardens and the outside of the apartments really good

in need of refurbishment…..the whole ambiance of the place was running on the cheap….the annoying music morning noon and night this was the staff on the karaoke machine just so loud and I had to keep asking for the machine to be turned down and 60% of the staff were on planet ‘ zog ‘ the food served in the restaurant was terrible one meal was enough so pleased there was facilities to cook.
