Location was ideal. It was right off the main road.
No elevator, no assistance with baggage up several flight of steep stairs. No toilet seats in any rooms(3). Drainage in all the bathrooms was extremely slow.

I booked 3 rooms for my family and there are no toilet seats, no toiletries, the sheets are old and discoloured, water pressure is low and heaters not working, only 1 staff working . I could have chosen instead the Poblacion branch instead of this miserable place.

THE LOCATION IS ACCESSIBLE AND THAT WAS MY MAIN REASON OF BOOKING THE PLACE. PLUS, IT'S REDDOORZ
MANY. 1. WHEN WE ARRIVED, THE STAFF FAILED TO PROVIDE TOILETRIES. I HAVE BEEN BOOKING RED DOORZ AND I KNOW THEIR KITS. THEY GAVE US SOAP AND SHAMPOO WHEN I ALREADY COMPLAINED 2. THE TOILET FLUSH IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, THE BIDET IS NOT FUNCTIONAL, SO WE USED DIPPER OR TABO. IT WAS SO FRUSTRATING. WE COMPLAINED AND THE STAFF TRANSFERRED US TO ANOTHER ROOM BUT IT WAS NOT A GOOD ONE BECAUSE THE CEILING HAS LEAK. WHEN IT RAINS, WE WILL HAVE WATER INSIDE PLUS THE AC IS NOISY. 3. THE BED - SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE BED. IT'S NOT STABLE PLUS ME AND MY HUSBAND GOT BACK ACHE WHEN WE WOKE UP. 4. THE CEILING - WE COULD SEE DAMAGE IN THE CEILING AND THE WIRES THAT LOOKED LIKE SNAKE 5. THE CABLE TV- BLURRED CHANNELS 6. NO ELEVATOR AND IT'S THIRD FLOOR

We checked in late evening tired & have been told that there was no booking for us. It’s weird because it’s a paid booking as well. After waiting for some time we were told that it suddenly appear in their system. Toilet was dirty, squeaky bed, blocked shower drain, old Blanket.
