The level of service is great, the professionalism of staff is superb. The hotel is among few best available options in Zamboanga. I am very happy with our airport pickup, meet and greet, addressing our requests, checkout etc. On the ground front there's a restaurant, which is very decent and frequented by locals, always busy during evening hours because the food is great. Among menu items are some must-try local specialties. The restaurant has halal certification, which adds favourability to the hotel for Muslim guests.

Our room was a fly in the ointment. If it were more comfortable, I would give 10 out of 10 to the hotel, but can't. The room had no window resembling a prison cell, lol. This would not be an issue, but the genious architect who designed the hotel added a small window to the patio where the light is on the whole night! The tiny window didn't add light to the room during day, but was very annoying during night hours. No noise insulation at all, we heard everything in the corridor loud and clear. Be prepared to be heavily disturbed if you got noisy neighbours.

Breakfast spread should improve at variety.like to see more international dishes.Oats ,harsh brown,bake beans,pancakes,egg toast bread. It will be classic presentation for appetite & sumptuous meal to remember for a breakfast.

The location was great, very close to the airport and a short trip away from the nearest mall. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Special shout out to the security guard who always opened both doors for our PWD family members and helped us get trikes.

The room that we got and the furniture looked a bit tired.

room service menu is not set. breakfast buffet was not really organized. the omelette station sometimes does not have anyone manning on it. seating is also an issue especially if full because it takes a while to clear the tables. and requests for utensils took a long time. the front desk kept calling us to remind that the check out is at 12nn which was annoying. never got to use their airport shuttles

1. Breakfast buffet (Jan.6) coffee is not hot. 2. Make up room: toilet is not clean. Bedroom still have tissue paper on the floor. 3. I requested for breakfast pack food. Because our departure time the next day is early. The front desk agreed. They did not make us any breakfast pack food. We went to the airport, hungry.

I love the way the front desk receptionists approaches me. Also, while waiting for my room ready, they gave me a glass of pineapple juice. 😊 Then, assist me with my 2 heavy 🧳...

It's not that I didn't really like it, but, i think it would be more pleasant to other guests if they see the room very clean... when I was there, I saw molds on the wall and some hair on the bed(seen those before touching the bed). 😊

Five of us stayed here and enjoyed the food, pool, Wi-Fi and helpful staff. We stayed totally 3 nights and also spent some hours as pool guests there between flights on a separate occasion

One of our lunches really sucked with could coffee, bad food and bad icecream. All other meals were great though

Excellent and friendly service. I got in early and they had me stay in a temp room to be able to rest and shower. The location is perfect, close to airport, mall and barter all by jeepney or the expensive trike in Zamboanga.

There is a lot of noise from the hallways that gets into the room. You can hear the doorbell of the room beside you. The occupants near my room were noisy late at night and you could hear the repeated doorbells and hallway conversations. The room itself needs to be cleaned as the carpet smells really bad and the bidet holder was broken. The hot shower wasn't wasn't warm enough so you have to muster some courage to get in there lol.

Friendly staff that made an effort to make you feel welcome from reception to security. The breakfast was nice and had one of the best omelettes I've had in a while. Great amenities. I Would happily stay again on my next visit. Little gutted I did not see the palacio del Sur properly as it looked very pretty when driving past.

Slight smell in the room at first according to my girlfriend but I was unaware as I do not have the best sense of smell.
