Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent food in restaurant. Good choices at breakfast. Easy check-in.

Most of the staff sadly lacked a friendly manner. They were efficient and competent but didn't make us feel very welcome. This was not the case for all of the staff. Two staff stood out as having excellent customer service unfortunately we didn't get their names. One was on reception in the evening, blonde hair and a helpful friendly manner. She went out of her way to locate a box of tissues for me. The other very good member of staff was the man in the restaurant who wore glasses and black gloves. Both were a credit to the hotel. The location would be ideal if you had use of a car. If relying on public transport /taxis it was a bit of a struggle since it's not near any shops or restaurants to walk to.

Hotel is perfect. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Service very nice and feiendly. Breakfast vary tasty and briliant coffee! In this price range is not easy to get this sort of hotel. I could go there with family and spend longer time. I am very pleased with the quality of the hotel and service. I recommend to everyone who like high standard and don't like to overpay. Some hotels which cost three times more are not so good like this one. Highly recommend!

When we arrived late in the evening with our child, we were greeted by super helpful staff at the reception. We got a quiet room, much more spacious than we are used to, with extra kids bed and large, comfortable king bed for us. Bathroom was like brand new, seemed to be recently remodelled. Overall spotlessly clean! Big plus for the restaurant downstairs (Champs - very tasty mix of American & Polish cuisine, highly recommended), which stayed open until late so we could eat late dinner (after 22:00).

I requested vegan options for breakfast and the staff member was not informed about it, however some options have been delivered and satisfied our needs.

Every thing was wow Not far from energy landia - 20 min And just next to the inwald kids park :) You can buy tikets at the hotel and the a Stuff loves to help

Very clean and mostly of the staff very friendly. Only the guy during checkout could be a bit more friendly. Convenient location to visit Energylandia when you are with a car.

This welcoming, fresh hotel has vast amounts of guest rooms, dotted along seemingly endless corridors. We stayed during off-season and felt like being the only guests on the property. Our room was spacious, clean, neatly decorated and quiet. The double bed was very comfy. A boiling device was provided, as was coffee, tea and free bottles of water. Generous breakfast in the morning. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The public bathrooms close to the reception area are exceptionally clean.

Good position to Inwald park. We had a big apartment. Tasty breakfast.

The bath was broken and during the showering water was everywhere.

A great place to stay for trips to Energylandia. Very helpful hotel staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant.
