Everything was well, room, bathroom, beds, but...!...
...but staff need more to smile and better foreign languages (english or russian). Actually, I had that strange feeling that they don't want to speak any foreign language). The second strange thing is that the reception is on the third floor!!! Maybe is up to me, but this is the first time I see this :))) And these are not the things that will stop me to, maybe, visit you again :)))

I booked for 2+3 (3 kids), and I got 4 beds only. The receptionist didn't really care and said if we want the 5th, then we need to pay more. I was forced to pay for the comfort of kids. It is ridiculous, insane & unprofessional. I will send an escalation to booking.com as this is a scam. I booked for a bigger room, then at the hotel I get something else ?
